Fox 8-12 and 4/4 from the free throw line?
I am not a fan of Barnes. This team is better without him. I hope Monte trades him soon

Fox has been great in the 4th. Has scored when we really needed it.

Wow rough way to lose this game...
We don't get in that position without fox/davis but damn...
I'll sleep okay knowing that Simmons would have air balled both free throws anyways

Those free throws were tough to watch. Not a good look for Fox but he was the only reason we got back into it anyway. Buddy played too many minutes tonight, a roster shakeup is needed at midnight December 15th.

Agreed. Buddy/barnes out, some youth at the forward spot would be wonderful. Really a shame that the LA deal fell thru.. kuzma and Harrell would have been nice on this team.codydaze wrote:Those free throws were tough to watch. I was kind of surprised Thompson/Metu didn't get minutes instead of Buddy. Our interior defense was trash in the 4th. Hats off to Charlotte for hitting some huge shots.

Good to see Davis and Bagley continuing to show that they can possibly be solid core pieces heading forward..
Hield has just been garbage, nothing else to say. Unfortunately I think we will still see more of him, as hes becoming untradeable

Re: Game 26 Thread - Kings (11-14) @ Hornets (14-13)
That’s a tough loss. They took it too easy in the first half.
Cant blame Fox, he got us back in it and generally played really well.
Buddy and Bagley breakdowns on D were costly.
Bags was decent overall, but no way he, nor Buddy should have been in the game to close out on D.
I really liked Hali shooting the ball much quicker, but didn’t agree with him not handling the ball in P&R more.

Martin is a really, really good defensive player. Also the league leader in 3 point percentage (on a severely limited number of attempts lol)
We were down 7 players but miraculously won. You guys will be fine though. Just too much talent there not to be. Goodluck the rest of the season.

The max contract player has to make at least one of those, maybe it 's his demeanor that disappoints people.

I was thinking the same thing towards the end of the game. I like Bagley and how he's been playing, but towards the end it shoulda been Thompson and (even though I wasn't impressed with his game) Barnes or at the minimum harkless or metu.simonbampfield wrote:That’s a tough loss. Gentry got it wrong, but I'd still rather have him roll with guys he believes who have it at the moment, on occasion. Was so sick of some of the stubborn times of the past where few adjustments/personnel occurred in our generation of garbage here.

Particularly that Davis foul on Martin. We had a timeout left so there was no excuse not to have a defensive lineup in.
The team missed a good opportunity that’s all.
