George is a nice guy but thibs antics finally got to him .

From 3:00 to about 6:00 + is the climax .

Honestly I was surprised that Thibs would turn back into 'old Thibs' so quickly.

When he was there last year it was like a shot in the arm and Thibs looked a little more calm and collected. Got him COTY. But this year he was in desperate mode 10 games in. How things are looking now, this is the Minnesota Thibs. Thats not good.

Moreover, Luka is being a prima donna.

The question is if you put him in the right circumstances with different teammates would he fulfill his potential as a historically elite leading man who can get everyone involved in a fluid style of play?

I would think so honestly. The situation is bad. It clouds everything.

Nope. Luka needs a DDR. He's immature and not killer because he doesn't play D. Zach has learned to play D and is learning how to close calmly from DDR.

I know it sounds like madness, but would you even want to build around that guy?

Already porking out at a young age. A crazy ball dominant style that, IMO generally isn’t a fun watch (I enjoy seeing multiple players involved). Maybe the latter is unfair seeing as he has never played with another star...but idk. Seems like that is his style. I don’t know as it’s as big of a slam dunk as you’d think...at least for me.

Do I sign him if he wants to come? Of course. Do I sell the farm for him? I’m not so sure, I don’t think I do.
somewhere the hawks are very happy with trae young

People are blowing their top. Imagine thibs ran with a historically bad starting lineup for about 20 games.

So the frustration was settling in. He makes a change and they win 1 game since so not much alleviation.

Can’t speak for everyone but the snell thread kinda brought me back . Thinking about the years of iffy draft picks , Teague and snell probably take the cake for me.

Almost anytime I mention the Teague draft I get some rebuttal.

Guys drafted after Teague :
1. Satoranski
2. Jae Crowder
3. Draymond Green
4. Khris Middleton
5. Will Barton

That may have been a historically deep draft and we went with Jeff Teague . He wasn’t even the best player available from his own team . Doron Lamb was still a better pick. A guy that could actually shoot.

Interesting that Lauri may (or may not) need to head back to Finland in April for military service.

From what I have read he will for sure to some extent. There are provisions that he might be able to break it up over two summers and not miss any Bball time. He will have to do more time than Giannis did though I think Giannis just did boot camp for Greece.

Is it too much to ask the hawks to beat the Nets tonight? Grabbing that 1 seed while half our team is out would be sweet

Would rather the reverse, putting the fork deeper into the Hawks.

Did we somehow give the Rockets superpowers the day we played them? They look like they will win 8 straight. They are beating people still with guys you have never heard of.

We have yet to win 5 straight and these guys losing 15 straight is about to win 8 straight.

Well we just need the Nets to not get too much separation from us. It would have been nice if the Hawks beat them but its ok for now.

Hawks being bums as usual. At least HOU helping us out. I still wish we beat them. Why can't we win that many in a row. Hate this ****.

Beating us probably did give them a bit of momentum but the real change Houston made was moving Theis out of the rotation. With Wood starting at the 5 they can run a 5 out style offense. The improved spacing has helped them out big time.
