Like I said, Knicks are gutless. Raps don’t tank easy. A loss against the Pistons again will put it back on track
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars
Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid
There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

Re: Tank World Order (6.0)
Out of the 10 teams ahead of the Raptors its hard to envision who they pass. Brown has been in and out of the lineup for the Celtics, Melo is out for the Hornets, maybe the Wizards crash and drop. Maybe the Hawks play poorly but they're also missing some guys in Hunter/Bogi.
Don't see how they get any better than 9th place even fully healthy.

If they aren't firmly in top 8 by All Star, expect full on tanking.

Some people have enough patience to not need years of first round exits...I can suffer 2 losing seasons after a decade.of playoffs and a championship. Rather have a winning top 5 team..which comes with getting more talent on this team.
Thanks for playing. Maybe you should follow a team like the Trailblazers that kept trying these short sighted moves...seems more your style .

Wouldn't be surprised if we are ahead of the Celtics sometime next week. Guess they better rev up the tank too. More tanking competition!

Patrick Baldwin really screwed himself by going to play for his dad at such a small school
He’ll still go top 10 but being on such a bad team (2-7 now) isn’t helping him at all.

Would the Raptors go with another SF/PF?

If Masai felt he’s the best player on the board yeah probably. Masai doesn’t really draft by need
Can always figure out fits later on through trades and such

Sometimes when I watch him I feel like he’ll be Ryan Anderson 2.0. Other times I watch him I can see that vision of him being that forward version of Klay Thompson. It’s tougher to judge because of how poor the comp is, plus his injury and overall up and down shooting so far.
The combine might play a big role with his stock. Either way if he’s in our draft range and Masai/Bobby/Dan pass on him I’m confident they did their research and feel like he won’t translate well in the NBA. They deserve our benefit of doubt.

I reckon if a team is not currently 1st in their conference then they should just do a complete tear down.

If we don’t get into the top of 4 of the draft (Jabari, Paolo, Chet, Ivey), the guy I like the most so far is Mathurin. Feel like he’s such a well rounded prospect and can become a lethal scorer
Plenty of time for other guys to explode onto the scene though

Tbh, I'm not that high on this draft. Maybe its just me but in terms of talent I find it to be closer to the 2020 NBA draft than the 2021 draft.
In Masai We Trust

Re: Tank World Order (6.0)
Here’s another guy who might be interesting. He’s playing in NBL right now.
6’9” SG/SF from France with a 7’ wingspan. Some websites list him as a PG/SG so I’m not really quite sure what position he’ll play in the NBA, but he seems intriguing. Definitely fits the mold of players we like in terms of the insane positional length

There's a running theme here where some people think they are full of patience when the reality is they just have a really **** risk tolerance.

His draft range varies widely depending on who does the mock. The NBL season just started so we’ll see how he’s viewed as the season progresses.

But they are missing Jaylen brown. We are missing og but that doesn't matter... Jaylen Boren does matter though.
