The Knicks are who they are: an average-talent, low-ceiling team that needs a scoring alpha. They’ve just run up against a pretty tough stretch of their schedule. Kemba wasn’t the whole problem, but he was playing poorly.

He wasn't though. Look at R.J. Barrett and Julius Randle's numbers. Kemba was playing way better than both of them on both ends of the floor.

Yeah, but he didnt have to beat out RJ and Randle for a spot. He had to beat out Burks, and I guess DRose. He played worse than both of those guys.
