I can live with some wins and losses, I can love with ups and downs. What is unbearable is stringing games together where we get blown out and destroyed. That is unwatchable.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

Aaaarrrrrooooo! Broke that losing streak and let's start a winning streak. A win over Portland is also good being that they're both on the same division and conference. Seeding implications

One other observation, the officiating has been much more fair toward us these last few games. I wonder if the NBA took notice.

The first half reminded me of what I have seen the refs do to us only this time they did it for us. The second half was a bit more balanced. We got called for some ticky tack stuff and they got away with a good deal of contact, but I do agree it balanced out.

Actually, it is kinda the opposite. We just finished a tougher stretch then the one we are about to face. Denver is banged up, Lakers are usually banged up, and Mavs (who we play twice,) might be without Doncic for at least one game as the ankle continues to be an issue for him.

I disagree. The @Nuggets have the MVP at the moment (for me at least) and the Lakers are the Lakers (super favorites).
Yes, there is the @Mavs (twice) without Donic apparently (which is good news I guess), and then comes @Utah.
Before that, we had Atlanta, Cleveland, and Utah, all at home, and Portland away that won 1 of their last 8 games.
So, no, the next 5 games are way more difficult than the previous 5 for sure.

Cleveland is one of the toughest matchups for us with them having a massive size advantage (3 7 foot players in their starting lineup and we don’t have any on the whole team.) Atlanta and Denver have the same record and Denver is significantly more banged up while we will be more healthy having Dlo. You also failed to mention the @Nets and @Wizards before that. Overall, I think us being healthier and the next slew of opponents being banged up is to our advantage. Also, we play as well or better on the road than we do at home, so it kinda feels like a wash unless back to backs are involved.
