I thought kuminga played well. Why limit his minutes?

My only guess with Lee is that he has built enough equity that its going to take more than a... 10 game (?) slump to lose his rotation spot... and perhaps Moody hasn't shown enough in practice to force the decision. But that's all I got there.

With JTA and Kuminga... JTA hasn't been bad, but not seeing his contribution as insurmountable with Kuminga playing well.
The Safety Blanket Boiz (Chiozza, Looney, Lee, JTA) will more often than not get big minutes.

One of those things is not like the others
Fair fair, Looney is booted from the Boiz and Lee is now team captain. Effective immediately.

Shaq, Kenny and Charles all bemoaning how they didnt shoot 3s in their day, and how they hate analytics

When Poole thinks about his shot, it almost never goes in

Kerr sort of explained that recently. Basically they want to play him in short stints, let him play with high energy and give him something positive but not leave him in until things go bad and leave a sour taste and frustration. Not sure I agree with it but I see the logic, Kuminga's still pretty raw so a few cascading mistakes will probably happen.

It's like people that moan about automatic cars these days, and how in their day they had to learn the stick shift and gears, like that made them more of a bad ass or something.

Time moves on, and things get better as part of that process, including athletes.

I did like Poole not pulling the trigger after a bad Draymond pass, something he would have done early in the season

Advanced analytics like a 3 point shot is worth 50% more points than a 2 point shot. They wonder why "bad" 3 point shooters keep shooting 3s, because a 33% 3 point shooter is the same as 50% as a 2 point shooter, and if you get fouled you also get 3 FTs instead of 2, it's not real complicated.

Also, lol at Draymond yelling "AND 1!" after he missed a layup (and also didn't get the foul).

Dray pulling an Iguodala there and then compounding it by fouling on the other side

We need points. Score if they're giving it to you. ****

Nobody has energy. Time for Kuminga and Moody to get some action.

Maybe its a personal thing, but the way Poole looks when he's complaining... I'd struggle not to T him up as a ref. He just looks so whiny.. and you havent earned the right to talk all crazy yet. Dray gets a decent leash, but Poole.. nah
