Kemba was always overrated and then he became overrated and injured and then he became overrated and bad

They've had a rough schedule for the last 9 games, we've been over this already. Kemba indeed was horrible for them.

They're not good with or without him so its a moot point.

Yep. He’s not good. They aren’t good. He was just another bad player on a generally bad team. Kind of irrelevant. They just had a year that didn’t make much sense last year

A big welcome to the scapegoat himself.

The Knicks real problem is Randle being a professional bricklayer

Yeah I never watched Kemba much, but he was probably always overrated. No worry not, these brave basketball opinions are mine and mine alone to bare, I can take the searing heat these hot takes will get me now that I've said that this player who declined due to injuries was never that good anyway.

Knicks just are not that good. Not Kemba's fault.
Last year was a fluke. Julius Randle will never again put up Larry Bird like stats in his career.

Re: Kemba Walker, the Scapegoat
I'm blaming Randle personally, not so much Kemba. Although it doesn't help that Kemba plays no defense (Thibs) and is injury prone. I do think he should be getting minutes off the bench though.

2022-1973 = 49...49 years since the knicks won a chip. yikes.

just want to remove kemba to see how well knicks bounce. i think he poisoned the hard grit culture.
Doncic will be goat. Lauri will be his sidekick.

I still think their last season was a fluke. This is who they are. Fringe play in team.

Yeah Randle at this point is the biggest issue. He’s regressed a ton from last season’s form.. conned the FO in to believing he was a new player. It’s hard to not believe what you’re seeing when a guy does it over 72 games..

Why is the first post about the Knicks having a worse record without Kemba, but every reply is about Kemba being overrated?
I mean, okay, you think he's overrated, but how does the Knicks record being worse _without_ him prove that?
