Thoughts on Hield/Bagley?

I dont want to move Horford for that.

Thing with Hield/Bagley is unfortunately Al's contract makes the most sense, unless you want to trade Marcus and Juancho, which I don't think I'd do. Plus Al is likely gone next yr, so it may be the best way forward. But yea, could be better deals for Al out there.

I'm locked in on Christian Wood. Got the TPE for him, and you know that cheap ownership in Houston likes that they wouldn't have to bring back much in salary. Maybe our first this yr and a younger player could do it.

I we could get wood for the TPE and a pick then it is 100% a no brainer

Richardson, Juancho meets CBA requirements for Hield......

Schroder, Juancho, Richardson and Bruno for Porzingas.

Kinda guts the team, but tpes can fill what is missing. Would be a really BIG team

To get Porzingis you would have to include the Timelord, and also commit to paying the zinger's huge salary over the next 2 1/2 years. It would be a major tax hit. He's not worth it.

If Dallas wants Schroder, something like Schroder and Juancho for Maxi Kleber might work.

Schroder and Jauncho to Memphis
for
Anderson and Konchar

Smart/Pritchard
Brown/Konchar/Romeo/Thomas
Tatum/Richardson/Nesmith/Hauser
Anderson/Grant/Parker
Horford/Timelord/Kanter/Bruno

Konchar this season is 47% from 3

Look to move Richardson and Bruno for another upgrade.

I for one want more than a minor trade.. We don't have to go all out and Trade J Brown, etc.. but like what Celts17pride has already stated, Boston either needs to trade their young assets Nesmith, PP, Romeo, draft picks and go all in on better win now veterans, or trade their veterans , J Rich, Schro and play their youngsters.. staying the same is a Big no no. IMO.

Knicks for Samanic and Knox (win later move on Samanic)
Mavs, maybe for Josh green?
Denver?
Pelicans? Would they trade Hart? Would they trade Hart and JV? and full out tank?
Houston? Schroder and Juancho for Garuba and Augustine?

Wizards?

just a small tidbit on Samanic. word out of San Antonio is that was a major whiff...apparently he's terrible and it's highly unlikely he ever makes it in the NBA.

Samanic 22-11-2 in g-league for Knicks. 23-14-6 for Spurs in past Summer League. The Spurs without Duncan have exposed Pop as the fraud that he is. "word" is probably from some genius on their board like the ones we have claiming PP and Nesmith suck lol. And NY GM isn't going to play Samanic over the guy he just drafted (Toppin). It's why it's so rare for guys drafted by one team to ever break through with another. Opportunity often trumps talent in the NBA.

I've always been a huge fan of Samanic, Knox, Sekou, Bagley Jr., Bamba, Bazley and Bol. All guys that could help us with size. Those guys, along with Pritchard and Nesmith, just got screwed with who took them and I don't think any one of them got a fair shot. Seeing how PP and Nesmith are treated, Boston would be the last place an agent should steer a young player to.

literally every player you mention (Samanic, Knox, Sekou, Bagley Jr., Bamba, Bazley and Bol) is bad to very bad. lmao

But why would Memphis want Schroder? They already have Ja Morant, Tyus Jones, DeAnthony Melton and Sam Merrill. (I won't even bring up Carsen Edwards). They cut Kris Dunn.

Try to find a team that might actually want Schroder. either as a player or an an expiring salary.

yeah I'm sure the Pistons are chomping at the bit to land Richardson, Schroder and Juancho. Maybe that plus a first round pick or two would get their attention.

Samanic is only 21 and looks amazing in the gleague
Knox has some potential left, I cannot blame someone for sucking as a knick
BolBol has so much potential still.

Rest, meh.

I think this past offseason proved that nobody wants Schroder

OMG can you imagine how much weed Timelord & Christian Wood would smoke together. Record breaking consumption.
