It's an infinitesimally small chance of it happening, which makes it worth the risk compared to catching COVID and getting it anyway as well as the risk of the other adverse affects of COVID (both short and long term). If you're not scared of COVID then you shouldn't be scared of the vaccine.

A rare side effect from the shot is myocarditis. IMO thats enough to stop this vaccine. They stopped a vaccine in the 1970s when far less than this had serious side effects.

An antiviral where you wouldn’t have to take it as a preventative measure, instead be able to take it when you actually get COVID if you feel nervous about where it’s headed. Pfizer has developed one and at least then everyone doesn’t feel coerced into taking something unknown.
