Toronto will play box N 1 on Curry, since we have been shooting poorly from outside, its not looking good for us. Maybe sit Both Curry and Green

I like the old one, where Curry gets to play more with the bench players. Those are the must effective lineups.

yea, not the rotation where we won 3 chips, the one where Steph leaves the court 4 times before halftime is most effective

I'll definitely take that rotation with KD and Klay that won the chips!

Those aren't the rotations that won.

The Warriors best lineups have been with Curry and the bench squad, thanks to Kerr's new rotations. Now we got to see Curry go -11 tonight.

Yes he got chosen for the 2018-19 all defensive team.
I don't that was Klay's best defensive year but sometimes there is a time delay in recognizing.
Klay's ability to stay in front of quicker players was impressive.
Klay was never particularly quick but somehow he stopped people from getting by him.

this is exactly the rotation that one, Steph playing full 1st/3rd qtrs, exactly how it should be.

lmao @ the idea that having steph come off the court every 6 minutes is in any way better just so he can play against scrubs.

Nope.

we held Tatum to a bad 4th quarter, i thought he will explode given the way he scores in the 3rd

It's because we are leading the league in defense (opp pts/game, Drtg, opp fg%, Drb%) and we have consistently played great defense regardless of whether Curry scores 40 or not. As I've said before, this team is NOT the same as last year's team. We need Curry to play well; take shots within the flow of the game, take advantage of the gravity he provides for his teammates, limit turnovers, continue his improved defense) but we don't necessarily need him to score 40 points to win. Don't believe that? He has scored 40 or more 4 times this season; we have actually won more than 4 games this season.

i would agree if Poole is playing and Lee is back to his old self.. iggy is our 3rd highest scorer tonight, normally you will need Curry to have a big night if you dont have any production from benches/minus poole.
the real game will be tomorrow where toronto will be playing Box n 1 on Curry lets see who will step up then

Tough win. Defense is amazing.

Loving seeing Wiggins take a step up.

Curry played like crap. Shot poorly and almost F'd the game away in the final two minutes. 6 TO's. I mean come on....dribbling into a double team and picking up the ball is a high school move.

And yes, I'll rave about him when he learns how to manage a game cleanly down the stretch.

Now you are moving goal posts. You said the exact same thing that 'we can't win if Curry doesn't score 40' in the Indy thread. Curry played poorly (scored 26 on 8-20 shooting with 7 turnovers), we had Poole (8 points) and Lee was Lee (3 points and 0-2 from deep). But we won. How? A big factor was the defense showing up big in crunch time, again, holding Indy to 16 pts in the 4th. And again, that defense can show up on nights that Curry doesn't score 40. Toronto will be a challenge as we always struggle with their BoxN1 and especially being on the second night of a back-to-back. But we have the defensive talent to still pull out a win, just as we have done 20 other times this year when Curry scores less than 40.

Choizza +17
Lee + 15
Wiggins + 13
Iguodala + 10
Bjelica +7
Moody +0
Porter - 1
Toscano -3
Looney -6
Kuminga -6 in 4 minutes of playing time.
Draymond -7
Payton -9 in 10 minutes of playing time
MVP Curry -10
Downtin DNP

Enes Kanter Freedom was worst Celtic -11
Williams, the Center playing when Kanter does not play was best Celtic
Nesmith +7
Tatum 27 points, + 3
Smart + 3
Rest of Celtics minus something

Celtics starters except for Langford beat our starters except for Wiggins.
Warriors bench won the game by beating the Celtics bench.

Maybe Kerr knows what he is doing.

In crunch time we run strictly steph isos or steph/dray handoff game.

I dont know if it's by design or lack of trust in wiggs, but its another game where he gets completely shut by out in the 2h. I think he got 3 shots the entire half tonight.

Wiggins. Has always gone well against Toronto even when with the Timberwolves. Will need help from the bench like Iguodala tonight, but at least one of those guys going off is not inconceivable/very unlikely based on precedent this season.

I don’t know why this happened given how hot he was in the first half.

Whatever his recent lack of efficiency is due to, rotations or a hangover from chasing the record hopefully, would like to see the old Curry efficiency return. If they have finally worked out extreme defenses which stop him I guess GSW need Klay back, and Poole as another guy who can create his own shot.

Wiggins out for the game against Raptors.
It is sad because(with Curry and Poole out) he would have the chance to go for a really big game and break some of his own records.
Warriors will not have a chance to win the game without Curry and Wiggins.

Kerr seems to not want Wiggins to exceed the role he has in his mind about him.
But it is obvious that Wiggins is in his prime and can become unstoppable if he gets more trust.
There are not many better scorers than him in the league right now

Looney/Bjelica
Kuminga
JTA/Moody
DLee/GPII
Cheetos/Dowtin

That's pretty ugly. Easy win for Toronto. Big minutes for Kuminga. Hopefully, he doesn't foul out. :D
