Looks like the Lakers already have.

Read headline that Zion is out a month or more.
Injection in foot? Real shame to be honest. Tremendous hype but he seemingly has stayed humble. Hope he saves and invests well. Hope he has a plan B. I bet he does. I say this cause I believe he won't be long in this league. I see him behind the mic. He seems genuine and that's what many want most of all.

I truly feel he may be the most overrated player in nba history. A primadonna who wants all the glory all the dribbles all the praise and yet doesn't even give a damn about getting in shape or playing defense..

I thought I was the only one. Thing is, he has the talent where if he was dedicated and wasn't a whiny, stat padding no defense playing chucker, he could be an ATG like his fanboys think he already is.

Amen to both. The ultimate ball stopper even moreso than Harden.

NBA, players agree to additional protocols through holidays

https://www.nba.com/news/lakers-russell-westbrook-now-in-protocols-as-nba-virus-numbers-rise
The NBA and its players have agreed to enhanced health and safety protocols through the holiday season in response to rising virus numbers, with additional testing coming and a return to mask usage in many situations.

The upgraded mask rules will be in place “until agreed otherwise by the NBA and Players Association,” according to a memo shared with teams Thursday night and obtained by The Associated Press. Masks need to be worn again in almost all circumstances during team activities — including travel, when on the bench during games, in meetings and locker room, weight room and training room settings.

The exceptions: during on-court basketball activities for players, and for head coaches during games.

Testing will be increased from Dec. 26 through Jan. 8, the league said. The league also told teams that more requirements and recommendations would be coming in the next few days, “to help reduce the risk of COVID-19 spread within the team environment.”

Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

If I'm the Nets I might have waited until right before the playoffs to cave and let Kyrie play. Considering how injury prone he is and the fact that he's not vaccinated, it won't be a surprise if he goes right back out again for one reason or another.

They cave because on how KD have been carrying the nets on his own, playing heavy minutes. They are scared KD’s body might give in. I think Kyrie will eventually get the vaccine before the playoffs.

Led the Lakers in scoring in his first game back.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

Just following in Grant's footsteps.

Hope they're asymptomatic and don't infect anyone else.

Instead Celtics have a midget on the roster that can't score..
