6th seed is within reach for the Raptors. They just gotta string some wins together. A 4/5 Game winning streak would go a long way right now

We're 4 games out of 2nd place with 53 games to go. Honestly the only two teams that scare me right now are Brooklyn and Milwaukee. As crazy as it seems, I don't think 6th seed is the ceiling of the team this season. I did out the outset of the season, but that was before Scottie's emergence. With the parity in the conference and COVID added in for good measure, I can see a path to this team shocking everyone and winning a first round series. If things break right. If they break wrong, I could also see us missing the playoffs.

I'll also put Chicago on the list along with Milwaukee and Brooklyn as the only teams that truly scare me in a playoff series.

Cleveland and Miami are two teams two me that are overachieving. Especially Cleveland. I think they've gotten very lucky so far this year.

This has not much to do with anything but try and quickly locate the precious aciuwa dot. Bad spelling I know.

Demar showed Lebron who’s the goat today.
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

I just saw that. Suppose it was a bit of a statement game? DD made it clear he would have loved to go to LA this offseason. Going after Westbrook instead of Demar is looking like a pretty stupid move.

Getting Westbrook also cost the Lakers Alex Caruso, who has been really good for the Bulls. Lebron is a terrible GM. As a Bulls fan, I want to thank Lebron for passing on DDR and Caruso for Westbrook.

Yup. Overvalues names, undervalues hunger/youth. Just think about what the Lakers would look like if they could rebuild that team that Lebron threw away to pick up his big name buddies. Randle, Ingram, Ball, Caruso, Hart, Kuzma and Zubac. Add Lebron and the usual squad of ring chasers, and they at least have that one championship, and their future would look prettier than it does now.

I like LBJ the man, the entertainer and the baller. LeGM however, is as bad as some of the worst armchair GMs on this site. Too reactionary, too willing to sacrifice the future. Because in the end, he has been able to move on once he gets a team to empty the cupboards, and not deal with the lean winters afterwards.

Congrats on the season you guys are having. Next time we meet though, we're gonna be on the winning side of a close one. 8-)

I wouldn't say lucky. They have been good, the question to me is rather if they can keep it up for a full season. My guess is no. I think Miami is obviously better with a full roster than what they are showing right now but they also aren't even close to what everyone thought after the first 7-8 games. Lowry is declining and except Jimmy and Bam they have a lot of players who are too one dimensional.

Cleveland has actually been quite lucky. They’ve faced a lot of short handed teams so far.

And in regards to Chicago I feel the opposite. I think they are a dangerous regular season team but in the playoffs they will fold because of who their best players are.

If we had a bit more depth I’d feel more confident about our chances. But what is clear is we can easily be a middle of the pack playoff team this year.

Uh oh, Memphis lost at home to OKC with Ja Morant and Masai draft miss Desmond Bane back in the lineup. I guess they should be tanking too.

Ha, I had a feeling **** would go down if the Grizzlies lost some games after Morant returned. Apparently fans were actually booing him and telling him to go back and take time off (his own team's fans).

Stop testing vaxed and asymptomatic players and just let them play. This is total bs.

Furthermore, you have to be a fool to buy tickets going forward, if this doesn't change, knowing you could be watching minor league scrubs in NBA GAMES... SAME FOR TV... WTF are you waiting for Sliver? Christmas

Watching the Magic on LP and our former big man Freddie Gillespie has 5/5/2 blocks in 9 mins. Would be nice to have him over Isaac Bonga dreamy eyes.

Thunder are legit fun to watch. Bazley is the guy I want on Toronto just plays with a edge and covers ground fast.

Giddey is a surreal passer and nice poise on ball.

Mann will be a legit scorer in the NBA. Already an elite space creator.

SGA is a legit all star type. Maybe a superstar.

Joe Johnson came back to the Celtics.

What about Wade playing for the Brooklyn Nets and only playing home games so he doesn't have to travel. He can play in Kyrie's spot for the home games. I expect the playoffs to be in a bubble so he doesn't have to travel then either.

PG Kyrie - Harden
SG Harden - Wade
SF Harris - Brown - Durant
PF Durant - Griffin - Milsap
C Aldridge - Claxton

Turner put up 32/10 on 78% tonight with Sabonis out. We really need to get this guy, he's a star when he gets the C position to himself.

A Pacers fan suggested Turner and LeVert for Siakam.

solves a lot of the Raptors problem.

Scorer on the bench that also plays a dynamic guard position and a legit starting center for the starting lineup.

I don't see whats wrong with that trade tbh. Only thing I worry about is Levert's injury problems. the contracts work out. Raptors conceivably a much better team after this trade too. and the contracts of both players run 1 year shorter than Siakam's bloated contract. if that makes it better.

FVV/ Banton/ Flynn
GTJ/ LeVert
OG / Yuta / Mykhailiuk
Barnes / Precious / Boucher
Turner / Birch
