Listen at the end of his interview. He makes sure and let's everyone know that he is FOLLOWING CASEY'S instructions with the lineups, and he says it with a kind of smirk.

I find this very revealing. To me it is clear that he doesn't agree with how the lineups are being done and if he feels like this then it's possible the players feel the same.

I mean, if he is totally alone in his feelings would he make sure and let everyone know he was only following orders?

Not just what he says, but how he said it, like with emphasis.

Then again, maybe it's nothing and they all think Casey is a genius and Toronto was the dumbest organization on earth to let him go. But I definitely felt some emphasis in his final statement.
