Dlo just might make 5 or 6 in a row here. The law of large numbers always wins out.

Beasley is finally showing what he can be. What we expected.

Love seeing Beasley get his confidence back! Please let this carry on for the rest of the season!

Not a bad game considering how hampered we are. The hope is Beasly can carry this forward. Get this team healthy, we need to get back to .500, and push as hard as we can to be over .500 to finish the season. Keep growing improving, and pushing for that post-season.

Can't really ask for much more with the amount of guys we have out. Jazz are just a really good team.

With that said, if we make the playoffs and play them in round 1, I like our chances.

btw, Hornets just made a massive comeback down 15+ to beat Denver. Mavs also lost.

Need Grizz & Lakers to lose and this pretty much erases this L against the Jazz.

A win would have been a miracle. Jake Layman and JMAC getting serious minutes is not a winning formula.

okay game regarding the circumstances. Glad to see Beas, McDaniels, Nowell, Naz and even Layman playing well.
But how bad is Bolmaro? I know it's early but right now he's making the least of his minutes.

I was saying before the season he needs time in the G to get used to the NBA pace. I know he did well there and I think once our roster is back Wright should get a chance as backup PG and Leo should go to Iowa.

This game should have been a 50 point massacre. Naz and Knight were way to small to guard Gobert. They literally could dunk every single play if they wanted too. Without KAT we are doomed on any given night. All of that being true, it was fun to see us hit our 3s and make a game of it. If Beasley, Nowell, Dlo and Naz could consistently make their shots we would probably be the 4 seed.

If Beasely gets locked in at 3 that bodes really well for us. If Nowell can become a reliable bench scorer, that should put us over the top of being a playoff team.

At full strength, we will look so much better if we get a few of these guys playing well. If we find some hot shooting and continue to play the defense we have been at full strength, I think only a handful of teams could consistently beat us.

TLDW .. I checked in, in the first quarter, saw who the “Timberwolves” were, and didn’t bother to watch.

I will say this - every team seems to be dealing with COVID at some time. If we’re getting hit, this isn’t the worst time, with several games that would have been struggles to win even at 100% healthy. I wish we would have won that DAL game, but I checked the schedule

12-23 @ UTA .. loss
12-27 vs BOS
12-28 vs NYK
12-31 @ UTA
1-2 @ LAL
1-3 @ LAC

1-5 vs OKC
1-7 @ OKC
1-9 @ HOU
1-11 @ NOP

We just need to go 4-0 against those last four teams, to make up for some losses in the next 5. Those teams might get the word in January to put on the brakes to improve their lottery positions. In fact, if the NBA is reducing the wait to six days, an asymptomatic Towns could be back for the road trip.

I'm not super concerned. We can't afford to have a lot of games like Dallas but they will happen time to time. I think we have a great chance to make hay and string some wins together in the latter half of the season. We fin9sh the year .500 or better I think we have a nice shot at the post-season.
