The league can just extend the regular season a week or two for teams to play the postponed games. The playoffs would start and finish late, but it’s better than cramming all the games into the schedule.

Serge would be amazing here right now even though he hasn't been great since he became a Clipper. That being said, we wouldn't have Barnes then, so then it's essentially Barnes for Ibaka, We know the preferable choice.

But hands off to him for also rejecting the **** offer last year.

The reality is that our second half schedule was already on the condensed side because of our easy December schedule. We had been scheduled for 2 nights off in a row 3 times, and 3 nights in a row off too, with only 1 back to back. Schedule makers gave us fewer games in December (10) than Febraury (11). Despite February being 3 days shorter and having the all star break.

18 of our remaining 53 games are part of a back to back as it is. If the season is not extended we are going to be hard pressed to force those games in to our tight schedule. Other than the all-star break, no 3 day breaks exist on our schedule. In fact there are only 7 remaining 2 day breaks on the sched.

He could still help us, in shorter minutes. And if LAC is DNPing him this is the time to buy low. Boucher, Dragic, Flynn (going home) , some combo of those or whatever filler

Hes still worth it as a locker room presence and a leader. But also in backup minutes he can still be good. And thats all we need.

17 pts in 20 minutes off the bench last game.

One must assume the six days was influenced by christmas day schedule. Unless you were born yesterday.

That means Siakam, Banton might be eligible for this game.

Ibaka isn't playing at all in LAC. Even Boucher is the significantly better player at this point. Dragic is as well. If we were to get Ibaka which we wouldn't because he's not better than Precious or Birch at this stage of his career, then you're looking at like cash or the rights to some 28 year old player playing in Europe. You're certainly not getting any decent assets for Ibaka at this point. lol

I dont know if you guys watch teams play consistently outside the Raptors but Ibaka does not play important minutes. He's very slow now. Has no burst of speed, his jumper is off, his defense is bad. Obviously alot of that is due to his back issues, so it might get better in a few months but severe back issues are no joke.

Vivek once recommended to the coaching staff that they should play a 4 man zone on defense and have one guy on the opposite end of the court to cherry pick points on possession changes.
