While we're waiting I'd be glad to hear some feedback on my team so far.

Rotation (8 players currently):
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander / Tyrese Maxey
Desmond Bane / CJ McCollum
Paul George
Jaren Jackson Jr / PJ Washington
Bam Adebayo

Five great defensive guys on the starting lineup, and lots of offensive options and spacing around the team's star Paul George who is a great and willing passer. Shai will be the main initiator of the offense, with PG13 being a secondary ball-handler and Bam at the C is also an incredible passer. Many versatile defenders who are switchable - Shai and Bane having enough length to help with defense on forwards, George and Bam fast enough to help with on perimeter defense, and the interior defense with Bam and JJJ will be incredible. Off the bench currently I have an ideal sixth man with CJ McCollum who can be an offensive x-factor and a sniper off the bench and can also play minutes as point gaurd, Maxey who's also a great shooter, defender and has had a nice season as Philly's main floor manager so far, and PJ Washington who brings great spacing and defensive versatility.

There are many optional lineups that can work well, like small ball lineups with George at PF or Washington at C - with many variations for the other guys alongside them - for example Maxey McCollum SGA Geroge Washington or SGA McCollum Bane George Bam; or go bigger with George as SG. Hard to exactly specify and explore all the options currently because I still have two guys left to be selected, but this is the main idea :)

I think we should move on, at this point.
Stan can make his pick, Dr Positivity will recover once back online.

I love the defense, spacing and versatility of this team. You can run big, 5 out or a combination of both, and have a counter for pretty much any opposing lineup. The biggest issue I have isn’t your fault - just a lack of a true superstar in the top 7 or so. I like the George pick, but my concern is that there are a bunch of secondary creators but no true primary ones, so at the championship level PG, SGA or CJ will be overtaxed. Maybe a good coach could put together a great scheme to overcome that. I think with how far he fell this would be a great spot for Westbrook to come off the bench, especially in JJJ at 5 lineups, so taking Maxey over him would really be my biggest complaint. Overall I really like this team though

Time for a defensive 4 who is incredibly versatile!

Well anyway, his replacement I trust to hold the fort when Rudy sits, is a brick wall, will find cutters and rewards movement on the outside (D-Rob is gonna love him), has good touch and knows how to use his weight inside.

Jusuf Nurkic

Wow!
This is another one I'm shocked was still on the table: big body, decent defensive player, excellent rebounder, fairly good scorer, pretty good passing big (decent portability all-around, imo)......you get him in the 8th round as the 120th overall pick??

Nice grab, imo.

LMA is perpetually underrated imo (personality just leaves him not well-liked, maybe??).
He is having a fantastic year for his age [and after a year off]: despite playing <24 mpg, he's delivering pretty close to 14/6 on excellent shooting efficiency and his customary GOAT-level turnover economy, for arguably the best team in the East. And always an underrated defensive big, is he part of why they're the 5th-rated defense???

At the 126th overall pick?.....that's a nice pick-up.

I was shocked Nurkic didn't go until 120, too. Maybe this speaks to the depth of good big-men in the league right now??

With the 134th pick, I'm taking RJ Barrett!

Quite surprised that he's still available at this pick. He's possibly the best talent available considering his two way impact, and I really like his fit. Last year he was shooting over 40% from beyond the arc, this year the percentages went down a bit, but they may as well go up when he's in a supporting role with great passers around him. He also made a great defensive progress last season and was great on that end, a very versatile defender and smart passer.

Current team:
SGA/Maxey
Bane/McCollum
George/Barrett
JJJ/Washington
Bam
