I don’t necessarily see superstars on this squad right now either. Superstars by default definition anyway, extraordinary scoring ability along with the ability to makes plays for his teammates. There’s no Lebron or KD or Curry on the team. I do think there are guys who could work themselves into good all star type guys, Guys on the level of Vucevic or CJ McCollum types who aren’t the top tier but maybe one or two down that are capable of making an AllStar team a time or two. I see a few possibilities there with Cole, Suggs, Franz, Fultz and Issac.
On Issac and Fultz, I think they are the most talented guys on the squad. Obviously injuries are a big issue with those guys and it’s a real possibility they never reach their potentials as a result, but they have elite play making and defensive skill sets, and they’re the only guys we have that do.
Don’t get me wrong I do see some long termers in guys like Carter Jr. I’m also on the pro vets side of the argument. Young teams needs a few guys who’s already taken a successful NBA journey. The Magic really do need a leader to take the reigns of this rebuild if it’s going to be successful.
You look confused...let me fill you in.
