This is an absolute embarassing los. Regarding all the circumstances this should have been a statement blowout win!

I hope Monty starts to consider more time for Johnson over Crowder. He's hot right now and playing well (not just shooting) and he's sitting

You just tip your cap. Porter went off.
People can say 'well wait till so and so comes back'....yea well they aren't all going to score like this.
If Wiggins and Iggy played, it doesn't mean they win by 15 or 20. It means someone else has to do it.

This was an absolutely pathetic loss. GS has our number and that much is clear. Once Thompson comes back, pending just how "back" he is, they'll extend their lead in the conference and have us fighting with Utah for one of the top three or four slots.

This was a winnable game. That Paul turnover directly led to points that we couldn't get back and hurt us. Porter burying us in the span of 5 minutes didn't help, either.

All I have to say is I hate when they allow certain players to obviously travel 10 times in a single game.

And all of Porter jr, Bjelica and Payton 2nd were available in free agency. Sure we got McGee. But sat on the rest of our exceptions and Biannual. When we could of likely had any one of these vets for our bench. Bjelica would've been a really nice bench big with Saric out. And Otto Porter Jr would've been so much nicer than Nader or Hutchinson or Wainwright!

But it is what it is apparently. :-?
Hopefully we'll have the presence of mind to actually finally address the repeatedly unaddressed issues that have contributed continually to our now 6 losses. These repeated weaknesses are important for us to shore up so that teams don't have a clear blueprint to beating us!

You'd expect for him being supposedly so up for this game and being the franchise player, he'd show up and show out. This isn't the "show up" we needed nor expect from him.

We don't play them again until 3/30. About 7 games left in the season. Chances are, neither team will show their cards.

For the Warriors, Klay and Wiseman aside, I don't know what they can do to improve their team. So those guys will probably be their prizes.

For us, they forced a ton of turnovers today and we had some unforced ones (paul at the end and Payne's difficult first half).
The 2nd chance points were glaring. Some great defense that led to misses, but we just couldn't get the ball.

When you take a step back and look, a lot of the issues we had are correctable. Just need to clean some things up and get back to work. It's a marathon for a reason. We will not be the same team the next time we face them and neither will they.

Warriors D made most of our offense look bad. Many bail out 3's. Our offense looked off. They were fast. This was a dismantling of our team's strengths by the Warriors today. A lot of good tape that Monty can use and fortunately we're done with them for 3 months.

Heartbreaking loss never expected us to be down from start to finish. No Poole & Wiggins and they run circles against us. Such a wasted and pathetic showing could have a 2 game lead in loss column before klays back in a few weeks. Now I don't feel like watching two other Christmas games.

When they get Klay, and Poole and Wiggins back. And Wiseman and Damien Lee. And Iguodala. And Moody I guess.
Today the Warriors had a severely depleted team. They had to play Quinndary Weatherspoon for the first time ever, as an emergency covid replacement player who had never played for them before, just to have bodies on the roster.

I am shocked the warriors won with such a depleted team. I expected a replay of toronto crushing the warriors by 19 pts a few days ago.

As a warriors fan, I really miss Javale McGee. I loved his play on the warriors.

We don't know why we didn't get those guys. It's entirely possible that they were always going to choose the warriors anyway. Doesn't really matter right now...just gotta fix the things we can.

The best thing to come from this is, this should tell our guys that we are not currently good enough to win it all. We can take a game or 2 from GSW and that's it. We should have a better idea of what we need to fix at the deadline.
