Isn't that 3 HR for Navarro off the Yankees this year?

I know what you mean man.

When i seen Edwar was in trouble i was like

Damn Joe Get Farnsworth or villone out there to work out of the jam but as soon as i heard the Commentators say

"Brian Bruney is going to come in to Relive Edwar"

All i could do was remember the first game in the recent series with toronto.

I said aloud to myself "Game Over We Lose" Just before he delivers the GrandSlam.

LOL.. I agree..

That's pathetic, even for Jeff Karstens. He should never put on a Yankee uniform again.

Yea, I mean Bruney and Karstens are giving up Huge Homers to non Home run hitters, I mean I am not talking about melky cabrera or Johnny Damon non sluggers, I am talking about NON sluggers, kenny lofton and juan pierre non slugger types. Two guys who combined for 10 homers hit two big homers in this game, karstens giving up that walk off homer was a joke...

As soon as I heard we were bringing Karstens in I went to bed. Not pleased this morning to see I was right.

Jorge Velandia is 32 years old. He made his major league debut in 1997. Since then, he's had around 200 at-bats over that span. This is the first homerun of his career.

That's pathetic, Bruney. :nonono: :nonono: :nonono:

He's got such a live arm, minor league options, he's still young - I don't think DFA is in the cards for him. He'll probably mill around AAA until he gets his control back and may try to compete for a roster spot next season. Middle relief is such a crapshoot, so who knows what can happen? Maybe he'll work out his issues and be great at some point. He sure as hell ain't making the post-season roster though!

So I'm supposed to praise Bruney for what he did in the first 3 months? It's not the first 3 months anymore and he's losing games left and right. Believe me, I'd like for him to succeed as much as anyone bt he isn't doing it right now.

As for Edwar, I also agree. I never had much confidence in him ever since he gave up a grand slam twice to the Devil Rays.

I didn't have much confidence in Edwar the minute I realized he only has two pitches and all guys have to do is wait for his mediocre fastball. If he learned a breaking pitch, something to keep these guys guessing beyond the change, I'd be more Edwar-friendly.
