I think we can beat the Chiefs.

I'm worried about the Rams and yes Green Bay.

Chiefs also were missing, Chris Jones, Frank Clark, Fenton, Gay and CEH.

Well the first goal of the season accomplished. Now just finish the season strong and healthy.

It would be nice to have a strong finish in December for a change. Hoping Dak gets back to his early season form. Have the feeling Pollard is going to have a big night also.

They most likely would have scored more if they didn't take Dak and most of the starters out halfway through the third period,

I didn't think I'd see a more dominate performance than we had vs the Falcons this season. But that's what last night was.

That's what happens when all cylinders are running smoothly.

Crazy.

And for the first time since the Atlanta game, Dak looked sharp.

To me it looked like everyone is getting healthy. Zeke looked a lot better. Steele played well filling in for Tyron smith. La’el Collins looks to be back in shape after missing time. Cooper and Gallup are healthy. Demarcus Lawrence is healthy, Gallimore is healthy. All of that helps Dak play well and he looked really sharp last night. Tyron should be back next week. Beating the Cardinals (who are in a slump) would really solidify the Cowboys as the team to beat or as the biggest threat to Green Bay.

It’s really setting up to be Green Bay vs their ex-coach McCarthy.

If we beat the Cardinals this could end up being the perfect way to enter the post season.

HAVE TO STAY HEALTHY.

McCarthy did well benching everyone in the 4th Q. I'm glad he understands that player health is extremely important right now. When we were without Coop Lamb Lawrence Gregory we looked bad. We need our stud players. When everyone is healthy this team is dangerous.

That said, covid is going nutty right now. I really hope the Cowboys can avoid a big covid outbreak that other teams are dealing with.

I expect the NFL will do like the NBA just did and lower the number of a player has to be out due to Covid. The NBA lowered it to 6 day but I believe the NFL can lower it to 5 days. Hopefully all of the playoff teams can get through the playoffs without having to sit any key players.

Ugly ugly ugly

The Cardinals completely shut down our run game of 45 total yards. Forcing Dak to throw into coverage. They might have set the blueprint.

We don't realize just how important it is to run the ball effectively.

Aside from that how many holding calls did we have? Flags are so frustrating. Felt like every big play called back on holding.

Also our kicker needs to make kicks, that missed FG might have been the difference.

And no defensive turnovers which is something this team thrives on.

Disappointing loss, but not a surprise considering it was really a stretch expecting the Cards to lose 4 straight games.

Looks like it's the Cards in the 1st round then the Packers in the 2nd round.

But miracles do happen from time to time.

One and done in the playoffs boys. This team is over rated and sucks. Tony Prescott sucks and is not the guy for us. T. Smith should retire after what I witnessed yesterday. I've been bitching about getting rid of party boy Elliott for two years and still have no changed my mind. I don't know whats up with Kellen Moore anymore. The offense stinks it up most of the time and struggles to beat Jesus except against teams like the Giants, Redskins and Egals. So pitiful. After halftime adjustments were made, Dan Quinn couldn't find an answer to stop or slow down the Cardinal offense. I mean, come on here. They did what ever they wanted except for one drive. Dropped balls, over thrown balls, undisiplined penalties that come at the worse time. We've been talking about it all year, or at last I have. And boy, does this team get gashed on defense when we don't play well and get turnovers on that side of the ball. I can't see this team at all beating the likes of the Packers, Cardinals or Rams come layoff time. Maybe Tampa Bay, but not if they play like they did yesterday.

So if the playoffs started now I believe we would actually play the Cardinals in Arlington again in the 1st round.

Yeah I have to say I do not have faith in Dallas winning that.

Adjustments need to be made, I really hope there is a group in the film room right now studying the game we just played.

Return to Dallas Cowboys
