The too early FA resigning post

A lot could change to end of season.
If either of the Greens opt out, I would let them walk since they were signed for twice what they had earned previously. Millsap signed with nets for half of Jeff's cost and you knew what you had and he fit in system.

Dozier would be nice if he comes back on a affordable contract, since you will not know how he recovers until the fall.

Facu/Cancar have been on lower cost contracts and filled in nicely when given minutes.

With Jamal coming back they can let Rivers go. Like Doc after yr 8 their production has diminished Can certainly find a cheap replacement since Jamal and Hyland will have most of the minutes.

Shouldn't we wait to see what happens at the trade deadline before we even start discussing who we will or will not re-sign? Half of these guys may not even be here past the trade deadline.

As the title states the too early, but there are no 1's to trade since they are already traded in future and cant trade back to back so no one leaving to clear roster.
The only reserve would be Morris but till Jamal is back he is not moving. If Hyland is starter next year maybe next deadline.

Millsap is playing 10 minutes and averaging 3 points with the Nets, made only 6 threes all season, at this point Jeff looks like an All-Star compared to him. Anyway, agree with The Rebel it's way too early to talk about that.

Of the players whose contracts are expiring, Bol Bol is the only player id try to keep. Kid is immensely talented just needs playing time to be developed. He is a bit slow to react on D but part of it is inexperience and part of it is being dead scared to make a mistake. If we let him go or trade him we will regret it.

Jeff Green is ok in limited minutes but i wont be too sad if he found a better contract.

JaMychal Green and Rivers can and should go to China.
