Game 36: Utah Jazz (26-9) vs Golden StateWarriors (27-7)
Not sure who is playing and who isn't, but the Jazz are in a second game of a back-to-back, if it means anything. The Warriors did not play last night.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

As long as Ingles is the only main cog missing, we will be fine.
Ingles is cooked.

Honestly, the Jazz should win this by double-digits, but lets see if this GSW switching defense can slow the Jazz down.

Curry just got away with stepping under Mitchell's landing on Mitchell's made three point shot with no foul. Mitchell tweaked his ankle a bit.

Jazz small ball lineup with no Gobert or Whiteside just got outscored 17-9.

Gerf. Teams need to prep to play the Warriors. Jazz were making **** up as they went along.

It's a bad look to get beat at home by GS when Draymond Green isn't playing.
Our small ball lineup with no Gobert or Whiteside was outscored by 17 points in 13 minutes of action. I suspect the beatdown when Rudy and Whiteside are off the floor would have been worse if Draymond Green had been leading a small ball lineup for the Warriors. Gay's length and rebounding is an improvement over Niang, but old man Rudy Gay would probably have a difficult time keeping up with Draymond Green.
Mitchell was stone cold while having his worst shooting percentage of the season. Hopefully he comes back with a vengeance the next time we play Golden State.
The Jazz play GS again on Jan 23, then Phoenix on Jan 24 and Jan 26. If the Jazz somehow manage to win two out of three of those games, I will forgive them for losing last night.

We played fairly well with Rudy and JC.
Without Rudy was a disaster. and mitchell and ingles were fairly bad.
We have to learn about it. mitchell is our best offensive player but when he is cold and clarkson is hot… we need to feed him

Yep, he’s been terrible, I said all summer we should trade him because he will fall of the cliff this season, I was on the money.
Ingles is cooked.

While I thought your prediction wasn't a huge risk given his age and the race everyone loses against father time, I never imagined the precipice of that cliff being so far up that his fall would be this dramatic so quickly. It's not a hill he has fallen down, it's a mammoth sized cliff that dwarves the one Mufasa fell off in "The Lion King"!!
