1. The rumor is the Hawks are seeking a 2 for 1 deal to UPGRADE Gallo and Reddish - neither Horford nor Dennis qualifies
2. Hawks fans won't want Al back but the biggest thing is his $14 million guarantee next season - that's a non starter when compared to Gallo's 5 mil
3. Hawks fans don't want Dennis back.

Who are "the fans" targeting in a trade?
I don't think there is a consensus just that if we are including Reddish in a trade it has to be part of a bigger trade package plus future pick(s) for a real difference maker and the 2nd star next to Trae.

I suspect you wouldn't even do a Reddish & Gallo trade for Jaylen Brown.

After reading some of the Celtics fans comments about Jaylen Brown's game - I'm now hesitant. :D

Again, clearly madness, but Tatum's trade value is probably:

One rookie-scale potential star, another very good young player, a useful vet (for salary purposes) plus multiple first rounders.

What's this interest in Reddish, who can't shoot? As I've said before, if they want Brown, I'm demanding Bogdanovic, Huerter and a first rounder. I'm not interested in players the Hawks want to dump.

And if Atlanta says no, I'm sure a new home for Brown can be found elsewhere.

And multiple swaps as well. But will never happen right now so it’s a moot point

The Celtics 2021-22 season is a moot point.

For the sake of argument, maybe Brad doesn't make any trades because he is all in on trying to get Beal (I believe this is a good chance)

Wouldn't the ONE trade he has to make anyhow is trading Schroder??

1 - getting something/anything for a player who will be gone anyway

2- playing PP over Scho can't make us any worse. (we barely win)

3 - you can develop PP, maybe see to what level he can be. maybe even make him a trade asset.

If Schroder is still here after the deadline, I am going after our POBO.

This team desperately needs a starting PG, that can get to the basket and distribute.

Not many pgs available.

They need to trade Horford and Schroder and add someone who can shoot the 3. I'd take either Gordon Hayward or Marcus Morris or Terry Rozier. :D

It's not weird .... the duo of him and Tatum isn't working, his basketball IQ is trash , but he can still put up big numbers...sometimes . he's our best chance at getting a decent return in the trade market

And not going to claim to be a huge insider or anything but I know for a 100% fact that he's one of the main reasons Hayward didn't want to resign in Boston.

What would Stevens realistically want in addition to Cam Payne for Marcus Smart? Think he fits in well on a playoff team-in case you guys don't make it. Plus he killed us that last game we played you. Just curious.

The only way out is getting players on this team that haven't been exposed to the toxic culture of the last 5 or so years.

These players probably aren't even in college yet. What a disheartening disaster.

Take Jrich out and change it to Schroder then I would consider it, just to potentially punt the season.

I am confident that in the offseason Westbrooks value will be higher than it is now. And that is if he actually opts in to his contract.

40+ million player option on next season. He could easily nab a multi year 20 million per season contract somewhere in the offseason, confident in that should he opt out.

Detroit and Knicks are destinations in a trade.

I would strongly consider this.
