Only reason was because of age, and because the draft was ridiculously deep.

Health concerns. They almost didnt let him enter the draft.

We're still winning this game by double digits.

I just bet big on a Raptors moneyline comeback which is even money right now.

The issue is not the players but style of game. Can you actually see those same players swing the ball 2 to 3 times before taking a shot on this team? The starters set the standard.

Swing the ball and move it around trying to get an actual wide open shot. You will easily trash this team. Right now the way this team plays each player seems to take a turn trying to score one on 5 and only passes out if they're blocked.

If Fred wants to get his rhythm back from deep, he needs to let Barnes handle the ball & be the playmaker. Barnes will get Freddy those wide open shots to get back in his groove.

Fred’s definition of running an offense is dribbling for 15 seconds and then going baseline and praying to find someone

This argument is so annoying. Notice how bad our starters look right now? How is your takeaway from this that e jazz bench is so awesome…

It’s o ur ducking system. It sucks. We don’t generate open looks, we don’t enforce trust in the open shot, mainly because we barely generate good clean open looks and our defense loves giving up open 3s on the other end. We’re getting left behind by the league.

Again unless our guys are on fire we are a mediocre team at best. The talent we have is not being used effectively and/or does not fit together. Trent to me is a prime example. He’s an offense hijacker that has to hunt down shots to get his. The guy isn’t even automatic on his open 3s like you need from a floor spacer.

Against a team like this? Yeah definitely not. There’s absolutely zero excuses for this if they lose

Jazz dribble penetration been doing wonders for them, someone is always left wide open even the last shot of the half was the same. Not sure how we come out with a victory in this one but we have good 24 mins to play.

Scottie, FVV and Trent Jr. collectively 1 for 14 from three. Ouch.

The past two games the Raps have given up 40 points in the first quarter. These bad defensive starts can haunt you.

Hopefully they turn it around in the second, but they have to learn from this.

Agreed.

We won 4 games in a row.
That's a weak retort. There's absolutely room for improvement regardless of the end result. Our opponents also weren't at full strength so although yes we won, there's still things we could have and could do better in.

Let's run some off ball movements again, we were winning games with FVV off the ball.

Yeah, I can't see the Raptors actually losing this game. Eventually they will get hot from 3 or start knocking down shots. Nurse will give them an earful and they'll stop playing so selfish... Well .. everyone except Boucher.
