GT #39: Bullets @ Bulls 8 PM (NBCSW/980 AM)

Post#1 » by FAH1223 » Thu Jan 6, 2022 4:47 am

YOUR Washington Bullets are 19-19. They went 10-3 and have gone 9-16 since then!

They're coming off a HEART BREAKING LOSS to the young Houston Rockets. Brad Beal got his 6th foul with 9 minutes remaining. The offensive gameplan was trash not attacking the Rockets lack of rim protection. Wes Unseld Jr. got OUTCOACHED by Stephen Silas. Having NETO guarding on the last second position and not re-inserting Gafford or one of the taller G-Leaguers on the bench was a terrible coaching move!!

On Friday they are in CHICAGO to face a Bulls team that hit a dagger three on them the other night.

I don't see HOW the Bullets can win this game. Lonzo Ball is back. Lavine and DeRozan are going to dominate. And the Bulls will come in well-rested as their last game was a win on Monday vs. the Magic.

Under .500 record COMING UP

Was Monroe dressed and available for last night’s game? If so, why didn’t he get a few minutes? We could have used some low post scoring.

Don’t know that we can win much without Trez.

Don’t know that we can win much WITH Dinwiddie and Holiday.

Was anyone on the Bulls on a winning team last season?

Beal’s turnovers and Neto’s bricks annoy the hell out of me…

73 points for the Bulls in the first half is unacceptable..it seems we can not guard the 3pt line to save our lives :banghead:

I don't get why we so often double-team the guy with the ball and intentionally leave 3 point shooters wide open. Running at open 3 point shooters just doesn't work. It's bad defense. And while Chi has 3 good scorers, none of them are so good that you should have to double them.

Who is guarding Ball? No one apparently.

This would be a different team had they signed Ball instead of Dinwiddie.
