D Murray is a decent player but it's so funny when I see "Murray is worth more than Simmons". It's also why Morey was asking for 3 first round picks on top of Murray. He couldn't finish around the rim. There is a reason the spurs are 15-23. Granted they got players out with covid as well. Almost every team has covid issues (outside of the top winning teams). Murray is the number one option so can pad his stats a little bit. But it's gonna to have to be Murray plus a lot more to get Simmons.

If you think Ben will show up in SA and turn them around, I’ve got some free oceanfront property in San Antonio for you.

There’s a reason Ben showcases an excellent career winning %, and it ain’t because Ben is carry the team in his shoulders. He definitely helps and is a very good player, but he’s not going to quickly change the fortune of bad teams.

He would have them better than 15-23. The would be 19-19.

Simmons kept the sixers more than .500 last season with embiid out. Better than previous years.

But it’s also why ben is hard to trade. He can make a bad team win a few more games. But that’s the difference between drafting say in the 5-7 range vs drafting in the 11-14 range. Bad teams want to stay in that top 5 range.

Perhaps Ben will get the opportunity to prove me wrong when he plays for his first non-playoff built roster. Then we’ll get an idea of how far he can drag a team.

Kings would be an ideal location for him with the shooters, but the Spurs would be a terrible fit.

Sounds sacrilegious but the Spurs are a badly coached & managed roster

Only excuse is that it maybe a stealth tank year

Spurs was showcasing Primo and Murray.

If we trade with the Spurs, I want Primo and picks. They can keep Murray.

One of the most garbage games (low intensity) ive seen.

Spurs just died on every screen and didnt fight it that lead to open shots for our guys.

Spurs tried to double Embiid but their help defense are slow and very predictable that Embiid was just playing with his food.

Most of the game was garbage where we played a couple of random players this game. Charlie Brown looked good on defense maybe he was just lucky with his gambles on defense.

Charlie Brown has looked like that all year in the G-League.

2.6% steal, 2.7% block.

That's why many of us have been calling for his callup. He and Highsmith have looked very NBA ready based on their play with the Bluecoats this year. Both have been launching a lot of threes and then causing havoc on defense. Both have looked like two-way guys.
