So I agree with him to a point, you shouldn’t panic trade Jaylen based on anything this season. But you can absolutely trade him based on what you’ve seen over his career.

I’m not saying Jaylen will or won’t be dealt, just that it shouldn’t be based on a 25 game sample under a new coach.

Just posting tweets like the Cousy one. Everyone has an opinion of how to fix the Celtics.

One consensus that keeps coming up is the Celtics need a low term solution at point guard. Of course where to get that point guard is anyone's guess.

Let's all scapegoat Smart and Udoka for the failures of Tatum and Brown.

Yeah imo you trade Jaylen if you can get an equal or better player who's a more ideal fit with Tatum. You don't trade him out of panic or just for the sake of doing something. Even though I really want them to do something haha.

What's Tatum's shooting percentage in 4th quarters? And what's his usage vs Smart's usage? And tell me again, how much money does Tatum make?

Sure, blame everyone.

Yea... ultimately, I know a lot of us want something done, but last thing you do is something out of panic. If they kick the season so be it. Keep your all star wings for now and build around them imo. I think it can work, just need a facilitator.

Tatum has been awful in the clutch, the biggest reason they’ve struggled so much in close games.

Doesn’t change the fact that everyone is to blame for the season, so far. Every player on this roster has played a part in it. I know It’s not worth debating this with you, but it’s the case.

And while we're at it, can we stop with the fire Udoka baloney, or at least keep it confined to the "Fire Udoka" thread, whick has conveniently replaced last year's multiple "Fire Stevens:" threads.

So who is your replacement for Udoka? Let's see we have:

1.Mike "chuck it up in 7 seconds and the hell with defense" D'Antoni
2. Jimmy Boylan, who started a player revolt in Chicago because he wanted the team to practice too much.
3. Brett Brown. Well, at least he talks like a Bostonian.
4. Talk Stevens into going back on the road instead of leaving for a cushy college job?
5. Brian Scalabrine, so you wouldn't have to listen to his color commentary?
6. Kendrick Perkins who has turned a beard and a scowl into a new media career and who has an opinion on everything?
7. Larry Brown is 85 but still kicking. Any takers?
8. Jeff Van Gundy, or his brother Ron Jeremy?
9. Some random assistant from another NBA team?

I can assure you that Coach K Isn't interested and Becky Hammon just took a WNBA job.

But hey, Rick Pitino is available. Can you see him walking through that door?

I am not sure that is enought honestly.

Also moving horford and schroder has to be a higher priority.

But

Hali
Smart
Barnes
Tatum
Timelord

Is not a terrible team.

How about our assistant coach Will Hardy? He's supposedly in line to take Pop's job when he retires so maybe we should pull the plug on Ime, promote Hardy on an interim basis, and then keep him if it works out.

Smart is NOT a starting point guard. No one is saying trade him (well of course a few are) but put him back in his right role as a High Level 6th man playing 30-32 mpg

Smart IS a starting point guard because he's the one who is starting. Would you rather have Schroder or 8 mile?

Ettore Messina is an idea, and so is Pablo Lasso, the head coach at Real Madrid. But if Will Hardy is so good, why isn't he helping Udoka more?
