PG Charlotte - Bucks Falls Short

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Sun Jan 9, 2022 2:34 am

We played with 3 guys and had a chance to win down the stretch. Hopefully get Jrue back Monday, the rest of our guys Thursday and we can get rid of some of these bums.

Bardo is getting very close to Novak level of awfulness.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

We wasted great games from Giannis and Khris amd Bobby. Giannis had like 8 point in the first half and finished with 43.

All the rest were a complete zero. Nwora bricks were momentum killers.

Ojeleye is now shooting 8.3% in his last 8 games. He started the season playing terribly and somehow got worse.

Nwora was due for one like this. He wasn't terrible but when your biggest strength abandons you, gonna be a long night.

I don't have data to say this but they seem like the kings of suddenly making a comeback with 2 minutes left that's never gonna happen.

Giannis, Khris, and Bobby had great games. Wes tried hard.

A pathetic outing from the bench tonight. Nwora, Hood, Mamu, Galloway, Semi and Thanasis were either nonexistent or a net negative. But what can you expect from those guys. They all suck and they won’t play at all in the playoffs.

With the roster the way it is we needed Giannis to be locked in from minute one. The second quarter really did us in.

We missed having a single guard out there tonight. Jrue would have completely changed the shape of this game (Allen, Patty, Hill etc as well)

Jrue and Hill being a great additions shows more in games like this when its too exhausting for Giannis to bring up the ball and playmake half the time and too dangerous for Khris to handle the ball in pressure because of his constant turnovers.

Another way to look at it is that with Wes as our only rotational guard we pushed a team with above average guards deep into a game on their home court.

I'd suggest we won't be picking up another 10 day on Galloway.

Giannis free throw percentage on the rise. The rest of this game was a waste of time for us.

The team outside of Giannis/Khris/Bobby had 17 points on 17% FG lmao. Holy **** do some of these dudes suck.

Hopefully half the team isn’t still out by the Warriors game and Giannis gets closer to MVP #3.

That's an insult to Tony Snell. At least he was a knockdown shooter.
