LeBron should never EVER have any say in GM decisions EVER. This bull team is downright bad and ain't gonna win jack ****.

And our defense just sucks tonight.
They were 16 of 21 FG in the 2nd.
and so far in the 3rd, 9 of 13.

Is this just an off game for everyone except LeBron? Everyone looks awful.

You know it's over when you put DeAndre "Bum" Jordan in the game.

We’re losing because Russ has so many turnovers.... oh wait he’s got zero so far?
Vogel wanted Bradley and Stanley Johnson as part of his small ball defensive lineup that can switch in the perimeter and guard 3 pt shooters....

Okay.. Anybody that actually watched the game knows that Westbrook absolutely contributed to nothing to this game. He was a negative all throughout the game. Reason he didn't get a turnover is because he **** didn't do anything. WATCH THE GAME....smh...

You know when Westbrook said that Pat Beverely just runs around and does nothing, WELL....That's EXACTLY what Westbrook did tonight.

Bev on this team would be a hell of a lot better than WB.

Yup he has zero rebounds and zero assists, while Bradley, Johnson, Melo etc did so much this game, Lakers lost because Russ is breathing air.

Russ, Bradley, Monk were 7 of 35
Melo 2 of 8

Horrible defense .
Got outrebounded handily .
I’m surprised we only lost by 8

Pat would have been a perfect teammate for Lebron.
Almost every player is better than Westbrook right now, even Schroder but I really think they still would have lost even if ypu replaced Russ with a player like Beverly tonight. Memphis is not winning 9 straight wins because they’re just being lucky, they are legit good.

I agree we would have still lost but im talking overall. With Bev on this team we would have a dog on defense and someone who gets in opposing players head. We need players like that.

Those guys you mentioned are minimum players. Westbrook is a star that makes 44m. He shouldn't be compared to them since he's a "star".

We just couldn’t stop anybody and our supporting cast stunk it up and we fell too far behind .

I’m also worried that LBJ can’t keep this pace up. He’s doing everything by himself as playing tons of minutes for his age.

Any news when AD is coming back?

The loss of the game is on Vogel. The lineups were just too small to compete against the Grizzlies who have some of the biggest wings in the league. Bane is at SG but could play PF.

From 3: Lakers were 42% and Grizz were 37%
From 2: Lakers were 48% and Grizz were 63%
From FT: Lakers had 19 shots and Grizz had 32

Lakers starting small wings Monk and Bradley
From 2: 1/15 (7%)
From 3: 2/8 (25%)

Grizz feasted inside and Lakers couldn't get anything inside.

Westbrook struggled shooting too but is not the issue since he competed and had low TOs. Yes, he's not worth 40m playing like this but he was still the 2nd best Lakers starter on the game. He's a good matchup on Morant but with Bradley and monk out there he is more needed at SG or SF where he's undersized.

This was just a matchup where Lakers were too small at the wings to compete. Howard is also a bit slow for their wings and I'm glad he got a bit o minutes but the game was lost with the starting unit. You could get away with playing one of Monk, Ellington or Bradley at a time but not multiple.
