Perhaps some of that can rub off on Rui Hachimura.

A good bit a rebounding comes down conditioning, want to effort, and boxing out. Kuzma has heart.

In the 1st 5 games of 2022, Kuzma's averages per 36 minutes are 27.4 points with a TS% of .603, 13.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 2.1 to's. And that's with him making only 32.4% of his 3's (same as his season %). Last season, he made 36.1% from 3, so we know he can do better than he has this season. He's really improved his rebounding this season and last. But will Deni and Rui blend well with him?

Having one of them at the 3 has to be better than having the mini me lineup.

The Wiz can literally look back on their season with 20-20 hindsight. <rimshot>
