They will want significantly more than that. Neismith is in G league, juancho hasn’t played at all and smart might be possibly possitive value for them but it’s not that much.

Really? Do you hate Smart so much that you are willing to give a pick to get rid of him, plus take on Hield, a one trick pony on an inflated deal? LOL.

Kings fans think they have a freaking superstar in the making in Hali - I thought it was a lonzo ball but arguably he lacks the Ball **** so maybe ?. It’s not that I’m crapping on Nesmith i think he can make it. It’s the fact that Hali’s stock at least in the Kings side of things is damn high.

And smArt has been terrible this year. Really terrible

Haliburton is still on his rookie deal. With that it means more years of control compared to brown who will cost much more in 2 years. With Tyrese you get a chance to upgrade in other positions for players of higher salary cost.

Celtics are still way over the salary cap though... They would need to make subsequent trades to get under the cap and add upgrades.

Actually Smart hasn't been terrible. He has just been Smart. It's Tatum who has been terrible.

As I've Said before, Smart has significant value for a contender but not to a team like Sacramento.

Boston engaged with the 76ers before the season about a potential Simmons deal, but showed no inclination to move Brown.

Also apparently John Collins is not happy in Atlanta right now and they want Simmons per Shams

a collins for simmons swap would be interesting

That creates a logjam in Philly though, imo, with HArris and Collins both being suited for the PF spot.

Collins doesn't seem like a good fit for Philly.

Wonder what else ATL needs besides Smart for Collins??

If the Kings wanted Nesmith over Haliburton they would've just drafted him in 2020.

I feel like Robert Covington is a good move to make if we don't want to gut the roster too much.

Covington, Barnes or Hield are probably three guys you could get without trading any of the current starters or Josh.

Well, if you want a realistic Smart deal: Smart, Timelord and Juancho for Porzingis and Jaylen Brunson. I would also want a 2023 first rounder for taking on the Zinger's really ugly contract, with that player option for $36M in 2023-24.

There's nothing we can give Sac aside from JB that they'd want for Hali imo. They're probably trying to compete now considering Barnes' age, and considering the Simmons rumors. If they want to blow it up? Mayyybe, it would take a bunch of our picks but most teams have picks to give. I don't see it as much as I love the guy.

Sacramento doesn't have the slightest hope of competing now and even Ranadive must know it. The Kings are looking for draft picks, not talent, and their #1 priority is to move Fox and/or Hield, both of whom are overpaid. If forced to keep Fox, they will try to deal Halliburton or possibly MKitchell for picks and help in the frontcourt.

Just go for Collins already ffs.

That kid is hungry, smart, wants to win, atheltic, versatile, can shoot and is being wasted in Atlanta.

Smart, Juancho, Grant and 2 1st rd picks

Is Collins even on the trade board?

Shams:

* Celtics have indicated to rival teams that they want to build around Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. No interest to split them right now. Boston appears open for business around other players.

* Hawks are an emerging potential landing spot for Ben Simmons. Other suitors include the Kings, Trail Blazers, Timberwolves and Pacers.

* John Collins has grown increasingly frustrated over his role in Atlanta.

* Mavericks and Knicks are expressing interest in trading for Myles Turner.

* Cavaliers are among the teams interested in Caris LeVert.

* Knicks, Wizards, Blazers and Lakers are among the teams pursuing Pistons forward Jerami Grant.

* Teams are expressing interest in John Wall should he become free on the market. But with $91.7 million remaining on Wall’s contract through next season, a trade or buyout remains unlikely.

* Cavaliers continue to discuss improving their backcourt, with rival teams showing interest in a package around Ricky Rubio’s expiring deal and draft picks.

Think you roll in a trade for someone like Jerami Grant with the C's paying the price for him.

BOS: Collins
ATL: Grant, Smart, Grant Williams
DET: Gallinari, Nesmith, 1st from Boston

C's get their 3rd banana, ATL gets defense, Detroit cash in on Jerami.

Of course no one on the board for Boston.

Come on Brad. Make something happen here.
