Re: ATL - Week 18
I regret ever watching Pat McAfee. The dude used to clown on media for starting random rumors and drama, but now that's all he does. I think every time I do catch a clip of their show on twitter, he's trying to get Rodgers on a new team each week. Obnoxious.

Re: ATL - Week 18
I really think Flores did more with less. Maybe I am wrong but I don't think he should have been fired.
They had a good secondary.....with a GREAT rookie safety (HOLLAND IS GOING TO BE A BEAST!), two good WRs, and 3/5ths of an offensive line but still made it to 9-8 with a seven-game winning streak. If they hire a coach who can show me Tua isn't overrated then I will admit I am wrong.....I just don't see it.

If favorites win we play Rams.
As rilaman said, rather face Rams in round 2 than Dallas.
Dallas overall makes me more nervous than the Rams, but mostly because Stafford makes me less nervous than Dak. Especially in a game where our secondary might be a bit rusty in the 1st half. Stafford's game is more predictable than Dak's and we know Stafford well. That will help us if we're rusty. Dak is more streaky and mobile, I could see him running around and taking advantage of a rusty secondary more so than Stafford.
Like I said earlier, Dallas and Tampa Bay are the 2 teams that make me the most nervous. I like that they will have to beat the hell out of each other in the divisional round if they want to make it to Lambeau for the NFC Championship game (assuming we win our div game) and we'll only have to play 1 of them to get to the Super Bowl. Instead of having to beat both of them.
I don't want this to bite me in the ass, but why Dallas? Overrated, led by McCarthy, and Rodgers doesn't fear them.
SF and TB are who I definitely don't want.
Yeah, a team coached by Mike McCarthy and a team who hasn't really beaten anyone of significance all season. Doesn't make sense for me of all people to be nervous about playing them.
The thing with Dallas is that they kind remind me of a good, but streaky jump shooting team in basketball. They have talent and they're unpredictable and if you catch them on the wrong day, they can beat anyone. That's how I would explain it I guess.
I would like our chances against Dallas, but there's something about them that makes me nervous if we played them. Maybe it's just scars from the 90's...lol.

49ers play the Cowboys...lol.
We're getting the Niners, unfortunately.
Niners make me a bit nervous too, they kind of have that 07 and 11 New York Giants vibe going on right now. I love that Dallas gets stuck playing the team with probably the most momentum going into the playoffs. I don't love that if the Niners beat them we have to play them. Jimmy G beating the Packers at Lambeau in late January though? I just don't see it happening.
I feel the same way I felt last season. There's a few teams that make me nervous if we play them, but the only team I can honestly see beating the Packers at Lambeau in the playoffs is the Buccaneers. Maybe the Eagles and pull off the upset. I will say though, I would never bet against Tom Brady in a big game, unless maybe he's playing a team from the NFC East...lol.

Just a power struggle between the GM and the coach. Flores did a fine job and should be able to find a gig pretty quickly

Giants boot Judge. Makes sense with a new GM
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I’ve never been happy someone from a team I don’t follow fired someone, but I’m happy for their fans he’s gone. What a clown

Makes sense even without a new GM.

Interesting with Wolf. Rising star here but didn't get the job so he left. Went to Cleveland as GM under Dorsey. When Dorsey was let go he didn't get the job so he left. I wouldn't be surprised to see Chicago give him a shot.

David Culley got one year LOL
ETA: Technically not even a year. He was hired on 1/29/21. God damn, that's brutal. Four wins with that roster seems like four more than you should expect.

Obviously the Texans are a coach away from competing.

They should have a Nope-er Bowl for the most dysfunctional franchises. Jacksonville would be another contender

It's actually kind of amazing how many absolutely **** show organizations there currently are in the NFL.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.
