New York shouldn't trade away any of our younger homegrown talents/prospects. This Front Office is finally building something nice with potential to build something special.
R.J. Barrett = 21 years old.
Deuce McBride = 21 years old.
Quentin Grimes = 21 years old.
Rokas Jokubaitis = 21 years old (A+ draft & stash).
Immanuel Quickley = 22 years old.
Obi Toppin = 23 years old.
Jericho Sims = 23 years old.
Mitchell Robinson = 23 years old.
2022 = Two 1st round picks + Two 2nd round picks.
2023 = Two 1st round picks + Four 2nd round picks.
And Julius Randle (as our one Free Agent) is still only 27 years old.
Keep these guys together throughout the next 3 years while adding complimentary draft picks alongside of them moving forward and within 2-3 years this team will be prime to compete and contend and for many of years to come too.
And with this game plan you might even run into an NBA Free Agent Superstar who finally want's to come to New York City in order to be apart of something special.
