This remind me, was it you that didn’t want Lonzo Ball signed here because you just didn’t like the Ball family and assumed they were cocky privileged spoiled kids and connected it to their basketball talents?

1. What's being reported about him here and Atlanta and how he plays. He thinks he can't grow next to Trae because he needs the ball.

2. Ain't a single poster here love Lonzo like me. From highschool. I been wanting Lonzo here since before he was at UCLA I started a whole thread about him while he was a junior at Chino.

That’s definitely not how that works lol. It’s a protected first round pick that could convey all the way up to 2024. And then it turns into a 2nd round pick. And this is the same organization that trades out of two Top 20 picks in the draft with a coach that doesn’t even trust first rounders to play that much. If Kemba comes back I’m not sure how Cam finds 20.

True but like I said something had gone wrong. I think Hunter was injured, and almost all the minutes Cam and Solomon got would have gone to him instead. Grand scheme of things what the Knicks paid was fair market value for a young big wing with upside and sent the same player to a lesser degree back with a protected pick. Cam has upside and maybe the Knicks could help him reach it. He’s definitely more in line with recent picks like Frank and Knox than he is with guys like RJ, IQ, Obie, and Mitch. I actually think the Knicks should draft another wing this year as well. A rotation of good players at every position unless you have a top 5 in that position is what teams need to win these days. Especially in the era of COVID.

If the season ended today that pick conveys and we traded #20 for a 15th man because he's tall and was good in highschool.

We def don't have to worry about Knox trying to get even with the Knicks. He probably asked Thibs for less playing time, the load was too much.

A ton of Hawk players seem to not be real fans of Trae tho. Collins is once again starting to makes waves after doing so last year at one point.
