What are some iconic playoff moments since 2010?

Post#1 » by Cubbies2120 » Fri Jan 14, 2022 6:13 pm

A few that immediately come to mind:

LeBron block on Iggy, Kyrie dagger over Curry, and Love putting the clamps on Curry in game 7
Luka buzzer beater
Lillards two series-winning buzzer beaters
Giannis block on Ayton which helped Bucks avoid a 3-1 hole
Ayton dunk to end the game vs. Clippers
Kawhi's dagger over Embiid - sent them to next round en route to the 'chip

What are some iconic playoff moments post 2010 that will be shown decades from now?

Ray Allen shot vs Spurs
CP3 game winner agains the Spurs
Dirk game sealing bucket game 6 vs miami
KD game 3 pull up in the finals
Manu game saving block on harden
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

This is probably the single most iconic though, as much as I hate to say it

Here's a couple more epic go-home shots

Maybe not iconic. But definitely a moment I won’t forget. The 2 stars on the super team making fun of the opposing team’s star, to then lose the next 2 games after they did this to lose the championship. This to me was just icing on the cake for that magical Dirk championship run.

That was so disrespectful, Nowitzki is one of the most soft spoken & classiest players in the history of the sport.

Knowing LeBron now, he would have petition to the league to have Dirk Nowitzki quarantine for 10 days

As a C's fan I gotta give some love to the IT going for 53 on his dead sister's birthday right after dental surgery.

JR Smith's boneheaded play in the Finals is iconic.

Kobe's last game. The final minutes were legendary. Staples going crazy like it did during the 2000 Lakers dynasty. Kobe willing his team to victory. Legendary speech at the end to end a storybook career. RIP Kobe. Greatest Laker ever.

Donovan Mitchell vs. Jamal Murray in the bubble. The game they both threw up 50+ was insane.

It was a great moment, but it wasn’t the playoffs
like OP is looking for.

Jrue Holiday's lob in the last Suns home game in 2021.
Klay Thompson's 11 3's against Oklahoma in Game 6 of 2016
James Harden's closeout of the Spurs in 2012
LeBron James and Dwyane Wade's 4th quarter run in Game 5 against the Bulls in 2011
