He's pretty close to untouchable right now. Unless we are getting a Giannis type back (which we won't ) Kuminga must be kept

Wtf. Kuminga was the only reason to watch the remaining of the game.

After this good a game we've gotta bench Kuminga for the high flying combo of JTA and Iguodala for a couple weeks. At the very least, if he has a slightly below average game next time out we should revert him to garbage minutes and get JTA a consistent 20 mpg of run again. You can't pass up an opportunity to play a streaky veteran with no upside on offense.

Well they had no idea it would be a blowout. They probably figured it would be better for him to get minutes/reps with the GLeague team rather than ride the pine with the big club. Seems reasonable to me.

Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

I'm hoping that Kerr remembers this game and that Kuminga can start getting some consistent rotation minutes. Giving him JTA's minutes would be a good start. The team's stated goal this year was to both a) win now and b) also develop the team for the future. I think Kuminga meets both those criteria better than JTA does. And on those nights when Bjelly seems like his feet are stuck in mud, try giving Kuminga some of those minutes as well.

Two observations:
1. Kuminga is a man among boys, which is scary because he is still a boy!
2. That behind the back pass from andre though!

that was a refreshing game! Wiggins, Poole and Kuminga really showed up and Looney was doing the work on the boards. Nice to see OPJ and Iguodala step up and play the back to back with GP2 out. hopefully this is the start of Curry busting out of his slump. it felt cozy and warm to come read the board afterword and see some complaining.

Kuminga gets regular minutes with the big squad. Moody doesn't.

Looney has played so well for us this whole season, that guy deserves so much credit for all the dirty work he's doing out there. i just love him on this team.
