I do not get the joke above.
Also I wouldn't pair them. The teams who want Batum are going to be contending teams looking for rotation help on the cheap. They aren't going to want Bledsoe at all. And teams who take Bledsoe will either be wanting to move bad future money or get an asset for taking on salary and reducing the Clippers tax bill this year. Two different markets.
I think if they move Batum it should be for as little salary back as possible and a good 2nd or maybe 2 meh ones. And if they move Bledsoe it should be for a player still under contract through at least next year who is worthy of rotation minutes targeting teams looking to get off some salary for next year for budget reasons.

2022-23.......Batum.......$3,328,530 - PO
2022-23.......Bledsoe......$3,900,000 - Partial Guarantee
The positive value for Batum isn't enough to offset the negative value of Bledsoe. I don't think many teams want to be paying Bledsoe $3.9 million to go away while Batum opts out and signs with another team.

Most I could see is an expiring + 2nd. Like if Rubio tells Cleveland he's not that likely to come back they might rather have some contributors this season than his rights.
I bought a boat.
