He is improving at initiating though, which is good.
But that is a complete by product of Ime's lack of system.
Jaylen is turning into a real weapon offensively. A great pair for Tatum. Just need to find that playmaker to sandwich between the 2 of them

I don’t really think he looks any different as an initiator, tbh. Even in January, he’s still basically a 1/1 assist to turnover guy.
That said, I don’t care. I don’t want him doing anything besides the most simple looks for other guys. He’s an elite play finisher, use it more. We don’t need him to be an initiator, the less he does it, the better the offense looks.

The whole "do you know who Ime's wife is??" storyline Boston media kept harping on was really weird. Like he's the only guy in sports to have an attractive celebrity spouse

I'd even take back that terrible deal they gave to the injured T.J. McConnell. And the Pacers might have some interest in hometown hero Langford.
But once again, dealing with that Indiana front office is an exercise in frustration.
.
Indy with Turner off the table probably means there is even less interest from Indy in moving Sabonis.

Not a bad trade at all.

I'd love Smart on the Suns as I think we'll need another perimeter defender when we match up against the Dubs pair or even Utah with Donavan/Conley. Mikal Bridges can't do everything out there.
I'd be shocked if you guys traded him. I was mostly joking in my last post but I'd happily do that (obviously) and would throw Jalen Smith into the deal to boot.

Would love to see Jaylen in the Point Forward role and start Pritchard at PG but use him more as a two guard for floor spacing.

That would be terrible for our offense and Jaylen. He's not that guy.
