Giannis is the most DISRESPECTED superstar of all time

Saw this in my recommended feed. The fact that this is even a comparison is a joke.

Now i'll probably add Jokic is also super disrespected, but look at the accolades of Giannis vs Ja.

Now I love Ja, his up and coming for sure and probably a top 10 players this year.

But how is this even a debate. Giannis is just starting his prime, and Ja hasn't even won a single playoff game.

What other superstar (apart from Jokic) can you remember getting disrespected like this?

Every time I see the word "the most XXX of all time" in the title I cringe.

It just smells as you are not here to make a point, but rather rile up some reactions. It's hard to take this type of posts seriously.

Then I look at the post, freaking SAS.

I mean say what you will but the media influences the casual fan.

Also its quite common for fans to get pissed when their team get no media coverage from the some joke shows.

So it means something for a lot of people.

The man is on TV mostly because he is funny, watching him rip into the other host because the Cowboys lost recently was quite amusing.

He also had a top 5 favorite Cowboy fan images.

I might take a bit more glee out of the situation though because I remember the 90s when the Cowboys 9ers feud was blowing up huge. I can only imagine how more heated it would have been if the internet was more commonly used back then.

Most of these guys have little to no knowledge of the sport but few are as funny as Stephen A. I also think ESPN pushes for these hot takes, because that is what gets clicks, that and speculation of where random star should play. Random star player has a rough 5 games in a row or something, here come the hot takes.
