I threw it in the other thread but the formula to determine starters is below.

(Fan Rank * 2 + Player Rank + Media Rank)/4

I predict he'll let Curry captain the team.

It's going to be like this until he retires. One of the goats in a massive market. Boy, his send off year is going to be nuts lol. Anyway, seems to be well earned. He's trying to keep the Lakers afloat without AD and putting up some numbers.

He's got more votes than his last ring had TV viewers. Wonder why they didn't watch the games

It’s strange that he was 100k less than curry and now is beating him By 800k.

Have we ever seen that big of a swing? Is it possible? 800,000 votes? Is it legit?

Surprised Lamelo doesn’t have more love. Pretty exciting player

what's player rank? don't the coaches have a say? Haven't kept up this year with the all star stuff

I can't stand Lebron, but he deserves his all star votes. He's an all star through and through.

This is nothing new or nothing anyone should get upset over. Kobe was in this same position when he was waaaaayyyyyyy over the hill. This is just how it goes for the best and most known player in the league. Always has been, always will be.

Maybe after Lebron selects the team, because I can’t imagine him giving up a chance to hint at wanting players to join him on the Lakers.

? They'll be the 2 captains again.

Shows 'Bron/Curry's popularity, but more so the popularity of the GSW/LAL teams when you see the non All Stars that are also receiving hordes of votes for the two squads.

For the 5 starters per conference its determined by fan vote + player vote + media vote then put into that formula.

For the 7 reserves the 15 West head coaches vote for their reserves and the 15 East coaches vote for their reserves.

Any player beyond those 12 per side be it for injury, covid, personal reasons etc the commissioner selects.

The $800,000K is legit to my knowledge.

1 captain per conference.

Ah gotcha. Figured it was just the two leading vote getters since the teams are not conference specific. Then yeah Lebron and Giannis again.

KD is slight ahead currently but still a couple days left to vote.
