That's a shamefully tiny punishment. The NBA should have overturned the win and given it to the Wizards, IMO.

The referee is a dummy. He should have asked to see a replay when Kuzma told him about it, since this was outside interference. What's the matter with guys like him, unable to take an appropriate judgement call for an exceptional event?
