Some really interesting trades mentioned in here!

Barnes to Minnesota and Hield to Boston would make them scary! But the craziest trade that is proposed and that should be scariest to us would be Jerami Grant to the Memphis Grizzlies. As scary as they currently are, imagine them with Grant at the 3. Imagine ..........
Morant/ Bane/ Grant/ JJJ/ Adams!?!?! :o

Hield to Celtics wont make them scary... it would be horrific ball movement between Brown, Tatum, Smart and Hield.

Barnes to Wolves helps them, maybe help secure a playoff spot for the next 2-3 years.

Jerami Grant to Grizzlies is a problem... for Suns. Grizzlies are hot and have enough hard workers to cause problems in a series. Jerami Grant is expensive, so not sure how they can get him.

NBA radio talked about Grant to the Griz and don't think they are going to make a big move like that just yet. They are still developing and ahead of schedule.
If the pieces mentioned in the article would be enough, I think they'd have to consider it. You never know how long your window will be open for. Atlanta being a good example. And we know ours only remains open as long as Paul is a Sun (for now at least), or before Sarver messes everything up

Embiid scores 50 points there is a page on GB dedicated to him. Then later tonight Jokic puts up 49 again there is page dedicated to him. But Booker puts up a few points less and crickets nothing was seen a few days ago dedicating Booker on an amazing performance. F**** the GB glad I'm no longer on their to post cause I would be banned again.

This is probably 100% my prejudice talking since I'm not on GB nearly as often nowadays but I feel like the GB gives Book no props or positive attention because most of them couldn't wait to hate on him every chance they could when Booker had the "empty points" label earlier in his career. To give him that positive attention now would require a lot of them to admit they were wrong about him.

I think i hears this was his most points in a win... and I think he has had 3 or 4 50 point games so surprising we have lost all of those before.

This is the type of play that, to me, warrants replaying the last 5:31 of the game:

I hope Washington appeals this game

He's gotten quite a bit of positive attention that last year or so after really getting negative attention prior to that. LaVine kind of the same.

Jokic and Embiid are just bigger name players and Philly has a bigger fanbase...and Jokic talked about more because of MVP argument.

We need as many bigs as possible. Trade Payton, Payne, Shamet, Wainwright, Nader, Saric and bring in few more big guys. Imagine 7-8 centers/pfs playing nearby Book, Paul, Bridges, Cam & Crowder. The possibilities are endless.

Technically you're right. Can always have a few more bigs but I'd rather we use those assets to get a scoring wing

What is Wainwright exactly? Is he a big? Is he a wing? What does he even play like really?

I’m genuinely asking cause I don’t know.

He's 6"5 a couple inches shorter than Craig and same height as Devin Booker. Yet Book is listed as SF-SG while Wainwright is PF even though those two are the exact same height. It's odd how some players are a certain type height wise but play an entirely different position. I imagined Ish to be Craig's height just by an eye test which later I saw that he's a few inches shorter.

To answer your question he's a wing according to his height, but while watching him play I get a sense that he is a PF, which is odd but the eye test could be a bit deceiving.

I "scout" him a bit when we signed him.

He is an all-around player who plays primary as a PF and has decent handles and court vision for his size.

He can score from three but he is not a shooter. Not a post player neither, more a glue guy who excells as a defender.

Regarding his height and size...he is 6'5 but strong as a tank. He played football at college. As you can see his body type is similar to PJ Tucker or Jae Crowder. He probably weights around 250 lbs.

He seems a really nice guy and everyone is happy with him on the team. Hutchison didn't give that impression and he is out of the team now.

I don't think he is the worst use of a roster spot. Can play back up wing if needed but also come in and bang with the bigs if we get into foul trouble/injuries.

He is no world beater but not the worst 12-15th guy I reckon, especially since he will have been around the team all year come playoff time.

Maybe he could guard giannis? :D  8-)

Interesting that Brooklyn is wanting to trade Milsap. We don't need him, but interesting they want to let him go after he signed with them this summer.

Return to Phoenix Suns
