A lot of the tradies down here have Tucker playing in their work vans all day long. That’s one of their core demographics, blue collar guys, some self-employed, who make a decent living driving trucks or doing electrics and plumbing. They’re not rich, but they’re also not poor at all and in some cases they pull in a lot of side cash and make six figures.

They believe every word that comes out of his mouth. I’ve talked to more than a few about their understanding of what they’re listening to and every one of them were functionally illiterate in civics. The only one who was educated was also wildly bigoted. They’re also white guys and are not at all down with anything progressive.

They are literally on Tucker’s feed being mainlined every working day for hours at a time. I’ve had to listen to Carlson a couple of times because of these guys parked where I happened to be at the time and it is spooky what a Goebbels he is. If he read back Mein Kampf during lunchtime I don’t think they would even notice.

It’s their background music, they’re not actively listening the majority of the time and Tucker knows that. Listen to his cadences and rhetorical techniques. It’s all classic hypnotic language. This stuff is done to embed subconsciously which is another reason most of these people can’t debate politics. They’re been programmed by this background soundtrack, but they literally have no practice at critical thought.
