This would happen only with peters, who is my first choice.
Mc Daniels does not look like a coach, and thats why I like him.

mara has never done this process befor, usually it's always a package.
besides daboll just destroyed the patriots defense.

Who do you guys like?
I would be happy with either but lean Peters. San Fran is just a well built org and I feel Peters has way more to do with that then Lynch (a big part of being a great exec is hiring the right people and lynch gets that right) but from everything I read Peters is the guy behind there draft evaluations.
San Fran has stacked O-line and D-lines. They hit on non 1st round picks (Kittle, Warner, Deebo)...the list goes on and on. That is the guy I want in my draft room.

sadly i don't think nyc would embrace mcdaniel because he doesn't look like a coach.
they'll call him a nerd or someone from brooklyn.

If we dont get Peters its a misfire. I do not care about the dude from Buffalo. I reallly really want Peters. He is Elite!
The whole 49ers fanbase is scared to death about him leaving. Buffalo is not acting like that with Schoen. I mean come on this dude that found Von Miller who is a HOF player. I really want peters!

Schoen is a good candidate too. Peters I agree would be at the top of my list. But Buffalo was nothing before he and Beane got there...and Beane first hire was to bring in Schoen to revamp all the departments in the organization. Schoen can run an organization.
Peters has the best draft evaluations though and that ultimately I want...but more goes into running an org too. The bills roster is loaded as well. Found there franchise QB...made a great trade for Diggs. Has a really good defense and offensive line.
I'm not going to throw a fit if Schoen is hired because we are coming from Gettleman...so I am grateful either way.

The Bills Success is really built around Josh Allen. Its not as sustainable as it seems. The 49ers can plug any QB into that roster and the team would still function the same that team is built way better than the Bills and its widlely known that Peters is the one calling the shots in the players evaluations and what fits.. Beane is calling the shots way more than Schoen is in Buffalo. Schoen may be capable but Peters is the real gem here. If the Giants cant see that they there decision making is still suspect to me.

So in essence is same ol Giants. I think this was a huge mistake. There was much more creativity with Peters and who he could also potentially bring in on the staff side.
