Jock gets the start! Has to feel good. Can't wait to see him get reps, get his wind, and show his game with the big club. I have a feeling that there will be changes soon come December 15th onwards, so we'll need Jock all the more. In the meantime, I hope he balls out in Austin.

A couple of small things I've noticed about Jock in these games: his screens aren't sturdy, as in he stands sort of curved and it may work in the G-League but I wonder if it'll be enough at the NBA level. If that's how he's always done it and it's worked for him, so be it, but I guess we'll see.

His 3 point shot is accurate but he has a whole motion from low wind up below his waist to bringing it above his head to release. He needs to be open to get that shot off otherwise if he's contested there's no room or time for that whole action. I hope over time we can work on shortening and quickening the mechanics there. He and Jock are the two bigs who can stretch the floor. Can't wait to see them contributing just that to expand our sets.

Anyway, glad he's succeeding in the G-League and is forcing us to call him up and use him once he gets his wind back.
