Lance is at 4.4 yards per carry, which isn't great

But those are our only options - its either Jimmy or Lance. And Jimmy is clearly struggling, whether it is the injury or weather, the Packers know he isn't throwing anything but screens. Lance's 4.4 ypc is the only other dimension we have.

Lance runs power because that's what Shanahan has called for him. They need to get him on the edges more. Granted he's not a particularly dynamic runner, and he wasn't in college. He was just playing against inferior talent. He's got some ability to run, but he's not an elite runner. I thought Fields was easily the more elusive.
