His injury remains the single worst memory of my Celtics fandom. Probably cost Boston a couple trips to the Finals too. Didn't really matter in 2018 because they would have been crushed by the Warriors regardless. In the bubble, I wouldn't have bet against LeBron James and the Lakers would probably have dominated on the glass with their size but they wouldn't have enjoyed chasing Tatum, Brown, Hayward and Walker on the perimeter either.

Too bad Hauser missed his few 3 point attempts with Boston. One a side of the backboard brick as he was nervous no doubt. But it is so clear to me he has a real shooting stroke. His shot doesn't need development, only his confidence level.

Nets were insanely hot with the three pointer. They had 20 makes on 41 attempts (49%). There's not much you can do when things are going like that.

Did I read that correctly, Luke Kornet with 10 asts??

Meanwhile, if I took the time, I can come up with 200+ reasons I hate Ime.. But not giving Hauser a real chance, with his shooting so well, while on a team that lacks shooting, that has had so many players miss time (Covid/injuries) is way past moronic to me..

Nothing can convince me that Ime is nothing more than the NBA version of an Rah Rah AAU coach. Nothing.

It’s not just not seeing the ball. Hauser is a strong catch and shoot 3 point shooter. But that means getting the ball on time and on target. That ball movement just doesn’t happen in Boston.
