Just a small tweak...move Senior off the ball, get the ball in Scottie's hands early and often...really consider bringing GTJ off the bench.

They aren't world beaters but tonight they have a perfect mix of 4 shooters and Nurkic inside

Fred won't allow that since he wants to win all the awards and can't do that if you don't have the ball in your hands as much as possible.

Way to COMPLETELY miss the point of the conversation.

Will is saying this is how we play against good teams, and just completely ignores the good play we had over the past couple weeks.

But why am I not surprised by the Will, Ali, and Reeko combo

Games like this one here happen. First game back after a road trip. It’s the classic trap game

You're laughing at us, yet you're using losses as a measuring stick to point out how good we are. Whatever man.

The Angry Homer crew strikes again.
"I definitely knew he traveled, but I didn't know they were going to call it. That was one of them situations in which a great player made a move...and they called the call. And I was like, 'Oh, man, there is a God.'

Even Steph doesn’t attempt 11 3s in a half when he’s having a good. But Fred does it in a bad game

Man I think the Raptors are at a disadvantage playing in an empty gym. If I'm an opposing team I find this hilarious and get more energy from it .

He has been terrible, but so has everyone else aside from Boucher. If this was a close game where everyone was at least playing decent and FVV was chucking his way to 2/12 shooting at half, there would rightly be a lot of complaints about FVV. Picking out one guy who has been taking mostly open shots or pull-up threes off of screens is dumb though. FVV is 2/12 with 9 points while the rest of the starters are 4/27 with 12 points.

everyone has been trash. but thats not the point.

Everybody has been terrible tonight.
If they don't cut into the lead in the first 6 minutes, I take them out for the game. Let the only guy that has shot well (Boucher) gun away with the Bench after that.

Well at least the Lakers will likely take most of the spotlight of embarrassment tonight

If I'm Nick I just concede this game. Rest your starters. The type of shooting we watched in that first half was historically bad. No legs on anything. OG nearly air balled a free throw. Fred had two air balls. Barnes can't make a shot. Trent is shooting terribly.

Just let the second and third string guys play it out and rest your starters.

No point in watching this massacre anymore

The problem is they will have more of these losses and end up a play-in team if they keep playing this style.

This year the obvious issue is that this team doesn't have the talent to coast. If they don't outwork a team it gets ugly. Down 30 to Blazers is time for a players-only meeting.

By being a play in team, it takes them out of the lottery and an opportunity to add to their core going forward.

Which is a shame for the sake of playoff 'experience'.

I do think this team could be a fourth or fifth seed if it got its act together, but without a roster shakeup it ain't happening. We need some vets to make these players more accountable.
