Honestly nobody should ever hate on your music tastes. You actually listen to a wide spectrum. You are not trapped to any one era or region.
Salute on Che Noir!
I appreciate that bro. People be saying I got the worst taste in music on this board and I’m like wtf

I just think all of the music you post is weak. Because most of the music today is just cookie cutter BS. Which every generation has that problem with pop music. Which is what most rap is to me today.
I try to listen with a fair ear. I just don't like most of it. Once in a while there's something decent enough but...it would seem more a generation gap than anything else.
Funny thing with music is...even if it isn't that good..if you hear it enough it can leave an imprint of some sort. Usually memories have a role in that. I know plenty of music that when I hear it today I'm ok with it but...when it was first out years ago...I didn't like it.
When I am playing the jukebox in the local bar...I take the whole crowd into consideration with my selections. When I have a party and am in charge of the music (the "DJ")...I do the same. Play to the audience...not yourself. A good DJ gets everyone out on the floor...so to speak.
