I also want to point out that the Offense in Alabama in 2017 was ranked 15 the year daboll was thereas OC.

The telling stat is... that the year before he was there it was 15th. The year after he left it was 15th.

so he makes really no change there either....


So with the evidence... Daboll was not considered a "genius" till he got to coach a once in a life time Player.

He is directly tied to Allen in ALL of his success as a play caller. that's VERY telling on his Natural ability to call plays. I said before, this dude is like Mike Mcarthy without Farve and Rodgers... nothing special at all.

He is a highly overrated play caller and people dont want to admit it.

He wouldn't be my first choice. I want Demeco Ryans bad.

But gotta give Schoen time. If he proves to that he isn't cut out and makes bad hires then he will be on the chopping block. But I can never blame a GM that wants to have a connection and be on the same page with there HC.

I don’t know who wrote the tweet, but Daboll is incredibly overrated. The key to his success can be summed up by two words: Josh Allen

This would mean Mara would have to overule him if he is that scared. I truly, truly hope he gets a FAIR chance. Cause if so...HE should be the favorite imo. We all know there is things he learned to do different since he got fired.

sure He can get some credit, but the point remains who is Daboll without Allen? we have evidence that he is not much. Like I said before, many star OCs get busy without Generational QBs or even star ones, they make the most of what they have and the offense still clicks. We have no evidence of that with Daboll.

Think about this. A Coach who led Miami to back to back winning seasons since 2002-2003 and the whole NFL world was shocked that he was fired. A coach who has PROVEN he can lead a football team.... Has to beat out the "lock" the "frontrunner" OC who we have no evidence can do what Flores did. How does that work?

IF this process was truly genuine, it should be the OTHER WAY around. This is what ticks me off the most.

People are worried about Flores Offense? Like I said before. Just Hire KEN DORSEY away from the Bills for OC. Thats a clear promotion for him. Its that simple.

This is nepotism as its best if we being honest here based on ALL reports.

Do you have his offensive ranks when he was an OC for all those years? Tough to think if he was that bad of a coordinator he would have kept getting OC job throughout the league and at the most prestigious college.

Do you have his offensive rankings from his years? Sorry to lazy too look that up right now but you referenced we have evidence that he is not much. Are there offensive rankings for those teams. And then if there are we need to dive deep into those numbers. What kind of personnel did he have..ect?

it was dead last in 2009 with Browns as OC

and it was the 4th worst offense in 2010 with the browns as OC.

When he was the OC in Miami 2011 it was 22

He was fired and the next year in KC when he was the OC it was 24th

I just read this on Big Blue Interactive who Eric the Admin said is a plugged in person and says is Legit.

There are three types of personnel guys who get to GM. The talent evaluator, the architect, and the "yes men". The Giants finalist were all yes men. No one can honestly tell you they got the best talent evaluator in the league and if they do they're being kind to a friend. Joe is a no-ego guy who is a good information gatherer. He does exactly what is asked. Maras didn't want a strong personality with experience. They wanted someone green, someone they could influence with little resistance. They got their guy.

If thats the case then it makes sense why Mara is the one who made the call himself personally....
